We decided to give this Ihop a second try and definitely not worth it! First time we went it was a couple of months ago and everhthing was terrible. Service, waiting time and dont even go there about portions, even the kids meal was bigger than our meals. So disappointed!
This time around, my husband asks for 2 combo platters and gets served 2 different ones and dont even get the full meal! We were missing bacon and sausages and what a mess! Definitely not worth it!!!

We ordered a family sized breakfast meal, and one of the bags had the condiments at the bottom of the bag with the order of pancakes and eggs being on top of them; I had to take it out and carry the food outside of the bag because the condiments were starting to open up and spill at the bottom of it.
PLUS one of the blueberry cups were bloated meaning it has gone bad, which just shows how little they check them.
Other than that i had no issues getting what was missing from the order with no issue but this complicated what should have been an easy pick up and go.

Had Eggs Benedict and an omelet — both were delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the omelet was fresh and well-seasoned. Service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed , quiet no music which I absolutely loved. Great place for a satisfying breakfast or even dinner!

Denise provided excellent service during my visit to IHOP. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Denise checked in often, made sure our order was correct, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Terrible customer service and complete lack of management control.
I waited 45 minutes for a steak omelet. During that time, I asked multiple times about my order. The cooks repeatedly told servers and management to “wait,” and it became very clear that management has no authority in this location.
The staff openly showed they did not care — about customers, about management, or about each other. The kitchen was chaotic, communication was nonexistent, and there was zero accountability. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncomfortable to witness.
This location is completely disorganized, poorly managed, and lacks basic customer service standards. Waiting nearly an hour for a simple breakfast item with no resolution or concern is unacceptable.
I will not be returning.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and caring, and she made sure our food was perfect from start to finish. She checked on us at all the right times and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude. Honestly, she’s the best server here! We’ll definitely be back because of her.

This is not a review about IHOP’s food. This is a review on the fantastic and only server and cook that this particular Ihop had working on national pancake Day, Jennifer and unknown cook. What’s 8 tbs seated, a constant stream of customers. Jennifer and cook held it down. She was informative. she was polite. And she did great work handling the front by herself. While, the cook kept the food coming.

We visited this IHOP at 1395 Pompano Parkway in Pompano Beach this morning for breakfast and were delighted by the experience. The food was very good, we really enjoyed it. My wife’s waffle was fantastic – crunchy and fluffy inside. But what made the visit so special was our excellent server, Charlene, who could not have been nicer and more helpful. We also spoke with the manager, Maritza, who was equally interested in our dining experience and pleasant to talk to.
