We ordered delivery and they forgot some of the items we ordered. The app stated that we had to call them to have them take care of the issues. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Not to mention they added no sauce into the bags. This location has messed up our order multiple times. I will not be using this location again. I will go to Quarterfield.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Addison at Chick-fil-A. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure my order was perfect and that I felt welcome. If I could leave 0 stars or a negative rating I would. I was treated so poorly Friday, December 26, 2025 that if the order wasn’t for a DoorDash customer, I would’ve declined spending my money there and went elsewhere! Marisa was soooo rude and nasty and when I asked for her name, she yelled it and had this smirk on her face like she knew she couldn’t get in trouble or reprimanded for her behavior. I’m only leaving this review because the alleged manager I spoke with above her Friday night, Miguel, didn’t seem to have 2 cares in the world! He didn’t apologize for her behavior or for my experience. He simply stated it shouldn’t have happened and that he understands. Do you? I don’t think he did or else he would have at least offered an apology. I am a frequent customer at this location. My mom and my self. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Have I had a previous bad encounter? Yes but everyone is entitled to a bad day or a simple drink being forgotten but not this type of treatment. It was approximately 9:40pm and I received a DoorDash order for this restaurant. I assumed the lobby was either closed or closing. So I entered the drive through line. After the gentleman on the mic did his introduction, I POLITELY ASKED if I could pick up my DoorDash order through the drive through. I advised I wasn’t sure if I could or not. He asked for the customer name and I answered. He then stated, “I got you. You can pull around front and I’ll bring it out.” I thanked him, you could hear the excitement in my voice because it was late and cold so I thought I was making my life easier. Well, little did I know, that wasn’t allowed. I pull around to the window / open door area and Marisa is yelling at two guys telling them they need to go through training again and that she knows for a fact she never told them they could do what they’re doing. Before I interrupted, I waited to see if she was speaking about me. She then goes to ask one of the guys to come and tell me that I can’t do that and I need to come inside. MIND YOU, the door is wide open so I can physically see and hear all of them ! Instead of Marisa approaching me herself, she just continued to yell at the guys. One gentleman even asked her, “why are you yelling?” And she said, “I’m not yelling by someone needs to go tell her. Go tell her now.” So at this point, I’m disgusted with her behavior and I yell out my window, “if it’s going to be an issue, I don’t mind coming in.” And everybody just froze and looked like a deer in headlights. So I pull around and go inside. Magically, Marisa and the guys are gone. Hiding behind the wall. So I asked for my DoorDash order and then asked for a manager. Miguel claims he was the manager but he never once stopped what it was that he was doing to talk to me or pull me to the side. He appeared to be helping a guy on the cash register (maybe closing down for the night). I thought that was also rude of him to not properly introduce himself or state he was the manager or ask for my name or anything. I had to ask him twice if he was the manager and he said yes. So I proceeded to explain the situation that I just witnessed and asked for everyone name. Before he could say anything, Marisa yells out “it’s Marisa” and he then he confirms, yes it’s Marisa. He said Miguel for his name. I asked for their boss name and he said “oh she’s not here tonight.” No I didnt ask if she was here, I asked for her name so I could come back or call back and file a complaint. He stated Mary was their boss name. Well Saturday, December 27, 2025. I went back to file my complaint and I spoke with Carlos (director) and although he pulled me to the side to speak to me, I’m still not sure he understood and would correct the issue. I have to give him the benefit of doubt as he said he would talk to Marisa but it didn’t feel comforting! He wasn’t surprised with her or Miguel’s behavior and that I didn’t like. The whole experience left a foul and disgusting taste in my mouth and feeling about the whole store!

This is the worst chic fila I have ever been to. I ordered a grilled chicken cobb salad without corn . They give it to me with corn and beans in the salad. I call them times only to get a vm. I go there the ignorant Senior Director Fabia Ortiz tell me she can’t compensate me for coming back out the house because of there error. She state she cant give me a refund but will have someone call me and add the credit to the app. I told her I didnt want that. I tell her I will be calling corporate she start talking smart and stating I supposed to scared and what are they going to do to me. She was yelling at me and being disrespectful. Is this how people supposed to act at chic fila. I told her this restaurant always mess up and she told me why do I keep coming here and don’t come here anymore. Chic fila needs to do something about her. They will loose alot of business because of her attitude. Instead of trying to fix the issue she made it worst. She lied and told me they dont give refunds. She will get in trouble. After her behavior tonight she will be in trouble. I hope she looses her job.

The last few times I have had the same guy take my order in the drive thru. And 3 times in a row my order was wrong. Twice he didn’t put down my sauces and I got back to work with no sauce for my meal. And one time I asked for icecream in a cut with chocolate topping. He said they don’t do that. And I said I always get that. He rung me up for a milkshake. And when I got to the window they told me I would have to park and wait. Because my lunch break is so short I couldn’t so I had to get a refund for the shake. I feel like this particular person is just being lazy and not inputting what the customer is asking for

Need more attention to detail. I visit this location frequently and condiments are often missing or the wrong amount. Also, I went in recently to get a carry out order and saw a guy putting extra fries in my fry holder with his bare hands and then he threw my bag down. It was an unpleasant experience but I don’t want to see employees using their bare hands to put extra fries in my fry holder. Please address this. I would like to see scoops used and not bare hands.

My boyfriend dropped off some Chick-fil-A to my house. I opened the bag and ate my food, while I was eating, I kept smelling a perfume scent. I smelled my food, nothing, I smelled around the bag and got a strong whiff as if someone sprayed perfume directly on the bag. Good thing it wasn’t on my food. Perfume mixed with an aroma of fast food is not a good smell. It was a nauseating experience while I tried to enjoy my food. My boyfriend and I come here often to get take out and this is the first time it’s happening. Please do better.
