Went thru the drive thru clerk said drive to the window, I’ll be with you when I can. I saw 3 patrons inside in line. After 20 minutes he came to the drive thru window but never even looked at me. After waiting 15 more minutes, I went inside to order, he had just served a family. They were not there when I first got there. And he was making two sandwiches for a man that was not there when I got there either. I waited another 10 minutes. He finished with the order and went in the back, came back with a black cap to replace a sauce bottle. Never did he even look at me or acknowledge me. Then he came up to me to take my order. I handed him a coupon, he literally rolled his eyes, closed his eyes, and through his head back and said “what”? I said tuna, he said “bread?”. Then he put one level scoop of tuna on the bread and went in for a second scoop, I could see there was more than enough tuna in the bin, but he just scraped some tuna from the side of the bin which amounted to less than a teaspoon. He said “you didn’t say to cover the bread” then he took the spreader and moved some of the first scoop over. I eat at subway a lot and always get the tuna. Staff are not always friendly.
I get they are probably frustrated with lack of staffing during lunch times, but don’t take it out on the customers.

Anytime I order subway online my order is wrong. I get that you run out of stuff but I mean… You can give a heads up atleast if there is no time to call. When I get a sub that’s supposed to include bacon or avocado, they literally ALWAYS fail to mention. As it turns out, I paid for it but didn’t get it. Then i get to work and, oh hey, no avocado. The number one reason I got the sub I did. On top of that I tipped before even knowing. I’m on lunch at work so I don’t have time to go back & forth.

Pretty good subway. They didnt have everything i wanted because it was still early but the lady in the back did make fresh cookies for me. The restaurant was also pretty clean but outdated.

Horrible place with horrible service.
By far, the rudest, most unprofessional service I’ve experienced in my 50+ years. Tried to overcharge me for 2 items, and when I caught the mistakes, she rolled her eyes at me and tried to tell me that the items were the same things. When I showed her on the menu that there was a $2 difference for both items, she grabbed the receipt, wadded it up, slammed it into a trash can, then slammed the windows in my face.
She had to go get her manager to help her resolve the problem in the cash register, but after the temper tantrum, I decided to hand the food back to the manager and request my money back immediately.
The emotionally “unhinged” do not need to be working the front lines with real people who expect to receive what they order, for the price that is listed. This woman should be sweeping floors and taking out the trash, where there is no one to confuse or challenge her.

I gave it 4 stars because they were out of a lot of things. A woman was ordering in front of me and was so rude to the employee. She was upset because he sneezed in his elbow and didn’t wash his hands.
Anyways the employee was very respectful and went and washed his hands. But the lady wouldn’t let it go and felt the need to tell anyone who walked into the restaurant. I felt really bad for the guy.
The place seems clean. The employees seem nice but they are a little slow sometimes.

Got a BLT toasted the bacon wasn’t toasted enough asked for a little extra mayo when I got home and opened it the amount of mayo was ridiculous had to wipe it off my sandwich and it was still overwhelming. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting too long it was turning brown.

I would give zero stars if possible. This is the second time we have done a mobile order and waited until the time it said it would be ready and we get there and it’s another 30-45 mins. We weren’t told until we got to the store that they were out of a certain bread when all 3 sandwiches were the same bread so nothing had even been started. The app needs updated where this information can be provided or the store needs to make a call. Also, after sitting for over 45 mins for them to get to our order and make it because they were so behind on mobile orders, a man walks in and waits for maybe two minutes and got upset and told them could they just go ahead and make his because he had an hour and 15 minute drive home while we sat there at the table and watched him walk out. We will never be back to this location. A bag of chips was offered for the inconvenience but I also overheard the worker standing back complaining on how they couldn’t take any more orders because he couldn’t handle it.

We placed an order online. We waited to leave our house about ten minutes and it still took them over thirty minutes to make two sandwiches while sitting in the drive through. The service is like this every time we come here. Looks like we are going to start going to Subway in gun barrel. Highly suggest not coming to this Subway.

A worker named Caleb was making our food and he constantly pulled his pants up and wiped his hands on his clothes with gloves on!! And he had open wounds on his arms with fresh blood. I will NEVER be back!
