Pretty decent sugar free vanilla coffee and sausage biscuits in a pretty dirty lobby with only a small percentage of tables with numbers to coordinate the table service in the app and one of the worst drink stations ever.

Its Monopoly time and yet no one is getting the pieces from the Arnold location. I ordered from the app and followed the Monopoly big bagging and didn’t get a single Monopoly piece. The game just started and people wanna play. How can there be no pieces on the items??

I got a large caramel iced coffee with four extra cream, caramel drizzle and whipped cream. She handed it to me. Did not have whipped cream on it and at the bottom of the cup it looks like chocolate syrup. But I got a 10-piece, chicken nugget and a large fry. Those were amazing. This place have to do better on ice coffee.

Swung through the McDonald’s drive‑through today, and let me tell you, it felt like the universe handed me a tiny, grease‑scented vacation from adulthood. The speaker crackled like it was trying to beatbox, but the voice on the other end understood every word of my extremely complicated order (“Uh… a combo. The normal one. With fries.”).
The line moved fast, suspiciously fast. I’m not saying they bent time, but I’m also not not saying that. One moment I was inching forward, the next I was face‑to‑face with the window, where a very cheerful employee handed me a bag that smelled like hope and sodium.
The fries? Hot enough that I had to do that middle‑aged “hoo‑hoo‑hoo” hand‑flap thing while eating them anyway because patience is for people with self‑control. The burger was slightly lopsided, but honestly, so am I, and we both did our best.
Still, a delightful little drive‑through adventure. I’ll be back the next time life demands a crispy, salty experience.

I went inside to inquire if I could change my mobile drive thru order to a counter pick up order. I was greeted by a kind man who acted like this was a normal request. He then notified the staff by repeating himself 3 times. After I waited for 10 minutes, I decided to check and make sure they knew I was there. Again the kind man asked the staff if they had my order. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I accepted that I needed to go thru the drive-thru. At the drive thru, the woman accused the kind counter worker of cancelling my order. I assured her he did nothing but try to help me. She proceeded to get the manager. A male’s voice came on and said he was the manager. He asked what was on my order because he had no way of looking up my order. I began telling him my order and after only stating one item, he cut me off and said he found it! Really, I thought he couldn’t look up orders. By the way, I can see all my past orders on my app, you’re telling me a multi-million dollar company doesn’t have the technology to review what they have sold in a day. Nevertheless, I pulled around. I asked the window lady for the GMs contact info. She said she was the GM. I find this unbelievable for three reasons. First, why is the GM working the window. Second, perhaps if she was managing instead of working the window my situation would not have happened. Third, she went outside on break at 11:40… in the midst of lunch rush? I know this because it was during the time I was waiting inside the restaurant.

Great location! This place is always slammed and always parks customers as a routine. Waited for a steak bagel, they said holding on steak but my steak was old and not fresh. Lied to me. Waited 20 minutes for fast food breakfast. Unacceptable. Bagel wasn’t toasted and steak was old, egg was cold.

5 stars to the staff, honestly. 1 star for Mcdonalds as a whole because despite raising prices to sit down levels, there is no longer a self-serve drink station. Employees have to make drinks on top of everything else, and you now have to pay for a refill.

Staff was not the best..my drink was 2 inches below the cup lid..and she ran away from the counter so fast I couldn’t say anything..and they don’t have a soda fill up station. Plus my order was wrong. Zero stars if I could.

I took my niece there, seven years old. She lives for McDonald’s! The one stumbling block we had was that I was not smart enough to figure out the kiosk. we had to wait a bit for someone to wait on us personally. The employee was very pleasant. My niece was the only one who ate and she had a happy meal. They were out of the Grinch meals, which I thought was going to cause a meltdown for my niece, but we did get past it.
