The people there are friendly for the most part. The food is warm sometimes. Fries are always cold. If it wasn’t for the heat lamp, they wouldn’t be warm at all. If you use the kiosk machines they have, might as well returning to work on time because they forget about you so often. The worst part of the experience, if you decide to dine in, is the unhoused transits that regularly come in to use the restroom, then ask for a water cup and walk over to the fountain drink dispenser and pour themselves a fresh beverage and then steal your food when you get up to grab a refill or walk up to the counter to ask for the missing food you paid for.

Friendly and customer based manager named Ashley has such a great attitude-it was late when I walked in-yet she was so friendly and upbeat-apologized for the few minute wait we had for fries. I don’t mind when my food is fresh and hot the way it was! The service and the food was superb. I visit other McDonald’s but not like this one who hired a manager whom is such a great role model! I appreciate the night she made for my husband and I.

Cashier inside last night a young girl, told me “ I’m not taking your order. I’m to stressed out”. Girl what?! I’m sorry but if your to stressed out to take an order go get your manager or another worker. No need to tell a paying customer that your to stressed to take their order. I understand working fast food can be stressful as I’ve been a manger at a very bud sonic for 15 years. But come on now that’s just very unprofessional. This is the closest McDonald’s to me. But I’ll be taking my business to a different location from now on.

I typically do not write reviews, but today, September 23rd at 9:30, I felt compelled to. I do not know who prepared my coffee, but I must say—I truly appreciate you. It was impeccable in every respect, from the flavor to the presentation, and even the food was equally delightful. The staff were warm and courteous, which only elevated the experience. While I understand that various shifts operate throughout the day, I have primarily interacted with the morning team, and they have been consistently exceptional. I sincerely hope the standard of excellence remains unchanged.

So, I had the Spicy McNuggets meal with the lemonade app deal even though the kiosk machine was down & even after it being packed they still performed well & provided great service every last one of the team members from the cashiers to the cooks in the back. Couldn’t even make a simple iced coffee, took 20 minutes to respond to customer. All 3 staffs looked at counter and ignored you, the order was in system for 20 for just one a vanilla iced coffee and comes out no flavor whatsoever.

The thick lady in the image gave my order to someone else and gave me Doordash order. I was quick to see the incorrect order and returned her (despite the order I received 3x bigger meal). She didn’t care to correct the mistake and said she will cancel the order. As per McDonald’s policy, if you wait for more than 3 mins in drive thru, that means the service is not up to standards. Horrible service. Hope the authorities take necessary action against her. Date of visit 23rd Aug 11pm

I have been coming to this particular Location since 2021. The service has to this day been outstanding from the inside staff members to the drive thru . Alway friendly and serves with a smile. Whether it picking up my coffee in the morning or dropping by inside for lunch.

Nice place but the customer is like talking to a droid, sorry, but the guy didn’t even ask if I was dining in or carryout, he just gave me a bag. Not that I stayed and sat, but the atmosphere is cool, but customer service could use a bit of ethnic sensitivity, it just saying. But I enjoyed my meal.
