The worst Dunkin in the area. Every time you go there they are always out of something. There’s no reason for them to be open 24/7 because you can’t get anything! The last time I had got a coffee it was supposed to be an iced caramel macchiato… Full of milk almost no coffee or anything. Just a disgusting dunkin with careless management!

Avocado toast with bacon is just bread today! I made a mobile order and they didn’t have my dozen doughnuts I ordered and instead asked me which ones. My son had picked what he wanted for his birthday so I didn’t know off the top of my head. Drinks were made ok. This was after ordering last week and having to leave because it took so long and I had an appointment. Do better!!! It isn’t always this bad but consistency would be nice!

Bradley went above and beyond to make my coffee not only perfect, but my experience as well. He was so kind, friendly, and genuine. THAT is the kind of service we look for. How he isn’t a manager, I just don’t understand. He deserves it!

Just went thru the drive thru. Ordered an iced coffee, munkins, avocado toast and a sweet bacon pepper sandwich. The avocado toast was soggy and tasted more like guacamole and my sandwich was full of black hair. I will not be back to this location.

Food is great drinks good. I waited in like for 20 minutes, then for another 20 at the SECOND WINDOW for a drink. Just one drink. Insane. And it wasn’t even busy just a few people and several left the line cause it was taking so long. I would’ve left if I didn’t do a mobile order and payed almost 10$ for it.

I’ve given this location countless chances because it’s convenient, but it’s been a constant disappointment. The wait is always a very long time and My order is almost always wrong, even after repeating it multiple times at the drive-thru. , There’s no sense of urgency and no accountability from the staff. It’s truly a gamble whether you’ll actually get what you ordered”.The employees often seem miserable and act like they are bothered by your presence. I have an issue with my order and was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude with her saying “WHAT DOES SHE WANT 3x instead of an apology…. Another bad experience at this dunkin and the last. Dont waste your time at this dunkin, make the extra drive to johnson city if you want your order correct and food cooked properly. Half cooked bacon is NOT ok to serve.

This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to do yourself a favor and go to the one in Johnson City or Hampton. The location in town is terrible. I have been there three times this week hoping for a different outcome that by definition is my own insanity. My first trip there I set at the drive-through speaker and waited 15 minutes with cars piling up behind me while employees hung out in the back parking lot finally pulled around to the window and was told sorry I didn’t see you there. My second trip. My order was made incorrectly twice with very few people in the store and my third trip comes today when I come in to a donut and coffee shop to order glazed donuts, which should be very simple for a donut shop and was told sorry we’re out of donuts with two trays in the window and was cold. You get what you get terrible service. At this location and always seem unprepared I will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to Johnson City from now on

We went in around 430pm very little donuts. Not a very good variety the little guy who waited on us was very sweet and willing to help us find what we wanted. But, however my granddaughter ordered the snack’n bacon and a powdered sugar donut. We paid and waited on the bacon. The little guy must have misunderstood us. Because they brought out a a bacon sandwich. So we had to reorder the Bacon. Finally got the bacon and went to the car. My granddaughter opened her box with the donut and it was a cream filled . So back in to get it straightened out.they also refunded the money where I was charged for the sandwich but instead of just refundingthe overage of the sandwich. They refunded the sandwich money and then turned around and charged for the bacon. Needless to say.im not going back in here. This made the 4th time being here. I’ve never been able to get what we want.
