This was just ridiculous. I go in and order a #16, I put that I ask for no mayo and on wheat. On the recipt it shows a #15. I have to explain to three staff members the issue. And they still made it wrong, and added cucumbers for some

They door cut my elderly mother’s leg and when she asked for a bandage they said no ..didn’t help her and now her leg is infected…you guys could of at least helped her ..she was bleeding every where with no help..I hope someone treats your mother better then you treated mine!!

One Hour and 12 minutes to get one sandwich last night. What happened to the freaky fast Jimmy Johns I love. Sandwiches used to show up in 15 minutes or less sometimes. I ordered this before a basketball game started and it didn’t show up till halftime.

Their food is tasty and fresh, and relatively healthy for fast food. However, if you get delivery it’s extremely hit or miss whether you get an actual JJ driver or an Uber driver.
I have had nothing but good experiences with JJ drivers, but the Uber drivers deliver my sandwiches late, they often have difficulty locating me, and they chuck your food in a random location. This happens whether I’m ordering at home or on campus. The busier they are, the more likely you are to get an Uber driver.
If you’re eating in or carrying out though, I’ve always had good service. This is the best method to get JJ in my experience.

I’m giving three stars on the service cause it’s not every time this happens. Got home to realize it’s not a 20 oz coke bottle in my takeout bag. It’s an empty paper cup. Who puts the paper cup in the bag and then staples the bag shut?

Speedy fast is not what I got. I made an order online and it took a hour for it to be delivered. I was on my lunch break and made the order before I left at 11:12. This store is not far from me at all only 1.2 miles down the road. There’s no reason it should have taken this long I got it at 12:10. The food was really good I just wished that I had more time to enjoy it.
