I had such an amazing experience today at Clean Juice Mooresville on my birthday, thanks to Kenny, Olivia, and Trinity! I was trying to use my birthday reward through the app, but it wasn’t coming up, even though I gave them my number and scanned the app which showed it as available. I also tried to order the new chocolate strawberry smoothie, but it wasn’t available in the app, despite being on the in-store menu. Despite these hiccups, they went above and beyond with kindness and courtesy, making the experience so special. My heart is full because of their refreshing spirit and genuine love for customer service. It’s moments like this that remind me how much human kindness can brighten your day. Thank you all for making my birthday that much better!

UPDATE: drink did not taste the same and bland. Workers were not friendly and I found out Dakota no longer worked there. Really disappoint in how this place has become. Would not recommend.
It was my first time here about two weeks ago and I ordered the toast and a fresh juice that had orange, lemon, and ginger. It was really good and tasty. I was overwhelmed with the menu but a worker named Dakota was able to recommend me some items and help make my food. Very friendly and helpful, would recommend to come try.
