The ginger salad was a fresh take on salads that you don’t often find. The ingredients were fresh and made it even tastier. I added chicken and that was the moistest chicken I’ve probably ever had. Yummy! Plus the service was fast even on a busy Friday evening. We loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. Definitely a top-notch establishment that we will visit again soon.

This place is a must try! Met here for a girlfriend’s birthday lunch. We ordered the shrimp and brussels from the “Snacks” menu. Then we proceeded with the squash soup and the beet salad! What a great all around experience! You can’t go wrong with the food choices. The servers were also friendly and accommodating! I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again soon!

The banana pudding is amazing. The cashews are an insane addition I never knew it needed. I did order the fried chicken bucket as well but I wasn’t impressed. The sauce that came with the chicken was different.

This has quickly become one of our favorite brewpubs in the Atlanta area. Really thoughtful and varied beer selection, and creative food offerings as well. Smoked bologna sandwich and brussel sprouts were excellent!

Menu has been changed up for the season and the Chef has created a lighter, most delicious Duck dish that, last night, blew my socks off! Lots of amazing menus items that we can enjoy any evening but this weekend the chef’s special offered by Courtney at the bar along with her high-praise (having tasted it) I just couldn’t resist. This duck dish was phenomenal! Cooked perfectly (must have been sous vide then seared to render). Served with a romanesco and a perfect pairing of sauces that do not overwhelm the amazing crispy flavor of the duck.. So try the special duck at Good Word Brewery and Public House in Duluth, GA.- You will not be disappointed in the least bit $28.
And one last note chef, kindly, please bring back the pig ears, the crispy pig ears. I think you just need to change the name to get them tried by people afraid if the name – but once tasted – the popularity will be there. let’s call him sow sow chips , Georgia fries – whatever it takes. Duluth chips. Bartender Courtney is wonderful!

I had a phenomenal experience at Good Word Brewing and Public House! I hosted my birthday party here and Kaylee gave amazing, top – tier customer service. The manager Rob made sure our space was accommodating for our guests and made sure our experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great restaurant with wonderful staff, delicious food & great vibes. DJ was also setting a fun vibe with great music.

A microbrewery with a full kitchen and great outdoor seating! While visiting this area I needed a beer and a burger. This place was perfect. Great beer and an awesome burger with fries. I didn’t have a server, I had three! Everyone working here did so as a team. I would give 6 stars for service! The patio was comfortable in the July summer with fans everywhere. Dog friendly atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax as I had my service animal and my friends dog. This would be a regular stop for me if I lived in the area.

Have eaten here several times. The GWB burger is one of the best I’ve had and I will return just for that. We were disappointed in fries last night. They were too brown and over salted. They used to not be cooked this way, and I hope they haven’t changed. The fish was good, however you should get 2 pieces of fish. Beer was good. Service was good.
