Food was terrible. They had tons of chicken in pans under heat lamps. Our tenders were tough and chewy. This one was all fried bread. They will give a popeyes franchise to anybody. Definitely unhappy with the food. Mcdonalds would have been better. ESPECIALLY considering the price. How does a 3 piece tender combo cost almost $14? Popeyes is loosing their minds.

I wish I could give negative stars… this place has gone completely downhill under the new management. I ordered the “honey mustard” chicken wrap. I got a wrap with a piece of old fried chicken in it with REGULAR MUSTARD. When I went to return it because literally look how gross that is, the guy at the window gave me the nastiest attitude going, “that’s the only mustard we have.” I’m like… how is that my issue? Take honey mustard wraps off until you guys care enough to get the right ingredients?? I didn’t say that but I really should have. He asked if they could make something different but if they’ll take liberties with that I didn’t trust anything else so I said no and asked for my money back. The guy dramatically slammed the wrap into the trash and huffily gave me my money back.
Never again. This place is literal garbage. This isn’t the first time I’ve received questionable food and awful service from here under the new management. Stay away from here… it’s not worth it.

One of my favor places for chicken. A little ghetto spot but good food. Service needs a lot improvement in the Nashua store. Get the crispy chicken meal with fries. Sweat heat sauce is a must. Chicken is juicy and crispy. Fries are delicious.

I recently visited Popeyes and had a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious — the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided fast service with a smile. The restaurant was clean and comfortable too. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again. Great job, Popeyes team!

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars.
1.) no fries at 9pm
2.) no dippers
3.) had to wait 20 min for biscuits
4.) ordered a soda with my meal and didn’t get it
5.) ordered spicy chicken and got regular that tasted like old grease and was old and stale
6.) specifically asked for buttermilk ranch and got NO sauce at all
7.) was given attitude by “the manager” who had no customer service skills and lacked respect.
It was my first time using mobile app and it said I could get a free chicken sandwich with a $10 purchase, tried to explain this to him and he was extremely rude and didn’t understand why I wanted to scan the QR code to get points lol.
Very rude staff, gross food. Doesn’t seem like anyone here cares at all.

Ordered an 8-piece chicken meal from this Popeyes for takeout, and the very first piece I bit into had a hair in it. Absolutely DISGUSTING!! I couldn’t even imagine finishing the rest or what else might be in there. This will be my first and very last time visiting this Popeyes.

The food at this location was average at best. The chicken was warm, but not hot. Overall it wasn’t the greatest. Their breading is so bland and doesn’t have any flavor, so it’s really mediocre. The chicken quality was good, but wish the breading was better. It is very generic.

The food was atrocious. My chicken was severely underseasoned, the skin was soggy, and the fries were ice cold. This was legitimately the worst Popeyes experience. I understand off days, but this felt so far off that it doesn’t deserve a second chance.

Very rude staff that does not speak english but was not willing to try to communicate with me when my order was wrong. I felt like I was being a problem when I asked for them to correct my order that was done wrong and wanted sauce too. It is absolutely freezing in the dining room and tables are not clean. The soda machine was empty of most of the options. I was mostly disappointed by how mean the staff was and treated me like I was a problem for asking them to correct my order.

Ordered a 12 piece order and received rude service, old chicken that had been sitting at the bottom of the fryer. I paid near 20 dollars for the meal and I don’t think I would go back. Pretty disappointing.
