We went to this restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was truly amazing.

They made the celebration so special. They surprised her with a huge, colorful “Happy Birthday” sign, sang to her, and played the birthday song multiple times. It felt festive and fun, and it looked like several birthdays were being celebrated that day, which made the atmosphere even more joyful.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our daughter was genuinely happy and impressed with the treatment, the service, and the food, and we enjoyed everything as well. The food is fresh, all-you-can-eat, and the revolving hot pot concept makes it interactive and fun.

At the end, she was especially surprised to receive a gift from the restaurant, which made the celebration even more memorable.

We are so glad we chose this place. My husband and I are already planning to bring all five of our kids next time, and yes, we’re willing to drive two hours just to come back to this amazing restaurant again.

Highly recommended for birthdays, families, and unforgettable experiences.

A little revolving hot pot shop, they have some small hot food station, a large freezer with frozen beef, lamb and pork, plus a station for seafood. ~$30/adult for the weekend, which was ok, the broth needed a bit more time for the pork bone flavor but the variety of noodles and veggies was good on the conveyor belt. Bubble tea was just ok. They have a little robot to show you to a seat, and bring things. Service was a little light otherwise, had to find people to clear some plates and also bring us more broth. Crab legs included (though was very salty). Sauce bar was ok, but missing some things like a beef sauce and fermented tofu.

U & Me Revolving Hot Pot; A great AYCE Hot Pot Restaurant near the Disney property area!

I’ve been in the Restaurant 3 times (2 times in June 2025 & 1 time in October 2025) and they never disappoint, the service is great, the Broths are good (get the Tum Yum) and the Drinks are cold and very refreshing.

A must whenever I’m visiting my 2nd home, Orlando, FL.

Got to Orlando, FL late and the only place open late is U & Me Revolving Hot Pot. The service was great, clean place and decent options to choose from. Too bad there is only 4 select for meats (beef, chicken, pork & lamb). We all got the Tum Yum soup and it was a solid choice. Overall is a pretty good place to eat as well it open till midnight.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long especially to see the cute robot when I picked my soup which was the pork bone broth I expected the broth to have some seasoning in it or something but the bro was very bland like if it was water. I tried putting a bunch of meat and veggies to see if it would give the broth flavor but it really didn’t at that point I just needed to season the broth myself which isn’t really ideal for me. At the appetizer area they had soy sauce and soup seasoning I had to use up almost 2-3 packets of seasoning for the soup to just have some flavor. It was definitely a different experience I wouldn’t say I would go here again especially with the price but for the experience I guess it was ok. Not the best place I would really go to.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this hotpot restaurant last night was truly disappointing. My family and I arrived around 11:00 p.m. after a long day at Disneyland. The restaurant closes at midnight, so we understood the time was tight and made sure to eat quickly. We even followed the staff’s reminder to take all our food items early.

However, around 11:45 p.m., several servers—including a Chinese lady and one or two Hispanic servers—started showing obvious impatience and made us feel very unwelcome. The Chinese lady repeatedly walked past our table with a mop, making loud “tsk tsk” sounds, as if she was trying to chase us away. Meanwhile, the other servers slammed dishes into their carts right next to us, creating unnecessary noise and tension.

We finished by 11:58 p.m., paid promptly, and I even said politely, “Sorry for keeping you late.” The Chinese lady replied, “It’s fine, it’s those amigos who are impatient,” trying to sound generous—but she had been the most unfriendly one all along. From the moment we entered, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She even questioned my daughter twice about her age in a sarcastic tone, saying something like “Oh, you don’t even remember how old you are?” My daughter was frightened and confused.

I understand the restaurant charges full price for children over seven years old, and that’s fine—but if you have doubts, you can simply ask for ID politely instead of using this kind of passive-aggressive attitude. Despite all this, I still left a 20% tip, not because they deserved it, but because I felt their behavior only reflected poor training and bad manners.

To be honest, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to Chinese customers. The staff’s attitude—especially that Chinese-American lady—was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Tonight my girlfriend and I went here for dinner and it did not disappoint. What a fun experience. Who doesn’t like a hot pot?! I ate my weight in veggies and noodles. I got the mushroom broth that was delicious and my girlfriend got the spicy broth. We also tried the boba teas, tiger milk and strawberry which both were delightful. At the end we got to snack on free ice cream! Everything was great!

Pretty darn cool restaurant. You are led to your table by a robot. Pot additions pass by your table on a conveyor belt. Plenty of proteins to choose from. The pre-cooked fried rice is awesome! This is definitely a good place to take the kids or for dare night. The Boba tea is good.

U & Me is a unique take on the traditional hot-pot concept with its revolving belts delivering you fresh, labeled ingredients to add to your personal soup base. The staff, robotic and human, are all hard at work, fast-pace and very kind! In truly all-you-can-eat fashion, there are no hidden charges aside from the drinks they offer (boba, and alcoholic) – that means all the meat you could want too, which is accessible at a separate meat bar in the middle. We had a fantastic time here and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique hot pot experience with a wonderful atmosphere!

What a fun experience! I & Me has done the hot pot thing the exact right way with really friendly and helpful service. If you’ve never been to a hot pot restaurant, it can be a little overwhelming because it’s quite interactive. Cooking is a little scary as everything has it’s own time limit to make it safe to eat. U & Me makes sure you are comfortable with the experience and they help you through every step. Spoiler alert: it’s much easier than it seems at first.

There are several broth types, and a huge number of raw items to cook in your pot. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be throwing in things dozens at a time. I was very excited to see an Asian beer I had never had before: Terra. It’s a very drinkable South Korean lager, pretty typical of the beer you find in that part of the world.

Of course, the most fun thing about a hot pot restaurant is the conveyer belts, but they take it to the next level with their robots which both serve food and take you to your table! Overall, I highly recommend visiting. It’s a very different eating experience than pretty much anything else, and the food is great.

Pro Tip: Definitely get a nice mix of sauces from the sauce bar to drizzle over your final soup! The broth is delicious, but the sauces give it the finishing touch. Very important!
