Cheyenne is amazing !!! So fast and so delicious. The sandwich was melty and perfect just like the hot crispy fries. Everything was exactly like how it was when I tried it the first time years ago at the food truck. Good vibes with the best customer service makes a meal 10/10.

Had a visit for lunch around 1p. It wasn’t very business inside. Found a parking right on the side, so it was a plus I didn’t have to walk.

Service: cashier wasn’t attentive but was friendly. I can understand as it was just after lunch rush.

Atmosphere: was calm. Tables weren’t cleaned yet so try and get there during lunch maybe.

Food: I’ve had Phillys…. I just don’t think this place is for me. It tastes more burnt than anything. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t wanna take it back up. Even the sauce didn’t take out the burnt taste. The fries were good and crispy. So I did like those.

Overall: I like the environment. A lot of choices. I would return to the collective overall.

Found it on Uber eats, pretty good food that holds up decent to delivery. Nice dense sandwiches with plenty of meat and cheese, tastes great.

I ordered both the Mac and cheese and the fries as a test, to see how it all holds up to delivery. I highly recommend going with mac and cheese over the fries if you’re ordering delivery. The fries are still good, I’m not complaining at all, but they do lose a lot of crisp due to the travel (as expected). Whereas the Mac and cheese doesn’t lose any tastiness or texture from the delivery, it’s exactly as it should be. Love y’all!

Placed an order got a confirmation then 4 minutes later got a notice saying it was cancelled. Called the store and the girl working said she didn’t cancel anything and that their wasn’t a manager there to speak with. So you mean to tell me you let employees run your store with no supervision. Thanks for taking my 41$ you have lost a customer for good.

Had a philly… It was ok, nice size and portions however it wasn’t very seasoned to me. The fries were ok though. But not enough.

I had an order for The 10 Buck Lunch that Midtown was running. I showed up at 10:55 to order for my office. The cook was the only one at work when they opened at 11. She started cooking my order but nobody was there to run the register. Finally at 11:10 the other two employees showed up. When you have a special running that week where you will have several customers attending these special events, it is probably a good idea to be to work on time. (Besides just being to work on time every day). The food is always great but 1 out of 3 employees should not be all that is there when you open.

We went to The Collective Kitchen for an early lunch on a Thursday. Mom got the roasted chicken Philly and I got the Most Valuable. The sandwiches were HUGE, and we both really liked them. The French fries were outstanding, nice and crispy outside and tender inside. We each chose a dipping sauce, but they weren’t needed. Hope PhillMeUp opens a permanent location!

I’ve ordered from here many times and one of things I loved was how fresh everything was. Tonight was so disappointing. Dry and cold everything!!! We threw it away and ordered something else. Hopefully they get it together and make it like they used to be.

This place is located in The Collective, which is like a craft food hall. Cool trendy spot to visit. However, we ordered from UberEats. 1 word-delicious. We ordered the Hello Portobello (add jalapeños) and the Chicken Philly. Both were seasoned perfectly. But the steak could have used a little less salt. We ordered fries and okra (.99 upgrade for okra). The okra and the fries weren’t soggy considering the I live 15 minutes (6 miles) away.

Overall:
Taste 5/5
Temperature 5/5
Presentation 5/5

Note that Phill Me Up is inside of the Collective building and has no exterior signage to indicate it.

The food and the atmosphere were great, but the time to prepare my order was a bit of a letdown. Despite not being very busy at the time, it still took over 20 minutes to actually have the food ready. Certainly worth eating at as long as the Collective is your destination, which it definitely should be – getting your food to go from such a fresh and unique food court location would be a waste.
