On my visit today I enjoyed the cider flight, the breakfast tacos and the garlic ginger fries. I love the idea of a flight because you get to enjoy a little of everything. Anytime there is a breakfast taco I am woefully excited. If that’s not your thing they have other offerings like burgers and chicken sandwiches etc. Lastly, the ginger fries, sounds intriguing right? Comes to your table and it’s intimidating but also as described.

I was really excited to try this place. It’s huge inside with lots of seating. Beers are so so. I had a flight and I didn’t finish it, nothing really knocked my socks off. The pretzel was great, def homemade. Surprised the mustard and cheese wasn’t. Service was a little slow, friendly enough but could be better.

Made a visit on a Saturday afternoon as we always like to try different places. The vibe inside is laid back with a few TVs to watch. They have a wall of their merch for sale which is like different T-shirts and mugs. The tables were a bit too close to others which leaves very little space for privacy. The food was just okay with the appetizer being by far the best part. The burgers were typical and probably overpriced for the offering. The service was let’s just say dry and could definitely use improvement. Overall I would say give it a try in hopes of a better experience. If stopping in, I’d recommend the street corner dip, it was noteworthy.

Always an excellent time here. Great beer variety. Excellent food. Hot chicken sandwich is a must. Oktoberfest was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon. Schnitzel was excellent. Gurkensalat also delicious.

I’m new to the area and happened to be driving by when I saw a guy on a dock with his daughters. I thought, “That looks like a great spot.” As I kept going, I realized it wasn’t a private home—it was Wicked Barley, and the parking lot was packed. I was hungry, so I made a U-turn and decided to give it a try.

The tacos were fantastic, and you can get them with fries—which were also really good. Our server, Erika (or Erica?), was super attentive and on-point. The dock and kayak launch are absolutely awesome. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.

I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I’m an IPA guy, and the beer didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I tried a flight of four different IPA’s, and while they were clearly well-crafted and balanced, they all had a sharpness, sort of like a spicy pepper, and a complexity—that just wasn’t my style. That said, beer preferences are totally subjective, and others may love that flavor profile.

All in all, a great place. I’ll definitely be back—maybe I’ll just order a different brew next time.

We had friends and family coming in from out of town and we brought them here.

This is a great place for brews and food.

Plus, if you want a bit of fun, then grab a spot on the corn hole landing.

Food is super yummy with traditional and upscale versions of things you know.

I highly recommend the Jalapeno Ranch Pork Rinds but just know that your lips are likely to heat up.

Service is good and the runners keep it coming.

The number one thing is that this place is popular so be prepared for the wait time.

Enjoy!

We had an absolute blast at Wicked Barley! The food was top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t packed, even on a beautiful day. Our party of 5 was seated immediately outside.
The vibe was perfection – relaxed, fun, and family-friendly! We loved that they had a kayak launch, sandbox for kids, and were dog-friendly. It’s clear that Wicked Barley is a community-focused spot that welcomes everyone.
And, of course, the beer! Oh, the beer! They have an impressive selection of delicious brews that cater to all tastes. We were thoroughly impressed!
If you’re looking for a fun, laid-back spot to enjoy great food, beer, and company, Wicked Barley Brewery is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back!

I would like to say that I had a great night at this place. From the moment you walk in, the decor looks great and invites you to have a great time. Unfortunately, the place was empty. I’d like to think it was because of the rain, but the owner should extend his opening hours since the food isn’t bad, and I liked the only beer I had (because they close so early).

Incredible experience! Service was very good and food was delightful. Our server was attentive, conversational, sweet, and respectful. (Shoutout Alyssa, you were amazing!!) Portions are decently sized, not overly large. The cherry smoked ham sandwich was an incredible mix of fresh flavors with the warm reminder of an afternoon picnic. The fried pickles were good and the dill ranch was a refreshing addition. A flight of their sours & ciders (PB&J, Pineapple Vanilla, Winter Berry, & Apple Ginger) were all amazing. The pineapple sour was definitely my favorite. Music playing and plenty of seating, a mix of bar, island, and table seats. Would highly recommend a visit here. We stopped by while passing through Jacksonville and it was absolutely an evening well spent.

We had great experience recently. We came in fairly late with a large group after a baseball tournament, and the team could not have been more accommodating.
Victoria took fantastic care of us—attentive, pleasant, and relaxed in a way that made the whole night easy. The host/manager on duty was also incredibly kind, especially considering we grabbed a few tables before checking in (which I know we shouldn’t have done!). She handled it with grace and made us feel very welcome.
The food was awesome, the drinks were awesome, and our whole group left saying how much we enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back.
