We ordered a meal for 2 with buffalo and Nashville hot wings… I got 2 bites into my wings and found a HAIR! Instantly made me sick to my stomach! We ordered sweet teas and got unsweetened overall very disappointed and discussed to say the least.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was pretty empty, which was nice. That being said, the service was pretty slow for how few people were there. The wings were good and the fries came out hot and fresh. They also gave us plenty of sauces on the side when we asked for some. Good place to stop for wings, but don’t come if you’re in a rush

We ordered the 20 traditional wings, a Mushroom Swiss burger, tater tots, and fries off the buffalo wild wings app. The wings, as always, were fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of sauce. The Mushroom Swiss burger was surprisingly amazing—juicy, rich, and well put together.
Tater tots were cooked perfectly—crispy outside, soft inside, and nicely seasoned. Definitely a highlight.
The only letdown were the fries that came with the burger. The portion was small, and they were hard and clearly not fresh—likely leftover from the last batch and sitting too long under a heat lamp.
Overall, great experience with the wings and tots, and that burger is worth ordering again.

I hate having to give even a single star for this location. This place is the definition of kids who need a job but refuse to work for it. We came in during a fight and we were told there were “no tables available”. Half of the house had waters on their tables and no food… Just sitting and watching the fight. About 10 tables were available while workers were too busy watching the fight instead of working their jobs. We sat in the lobby and waited until the fight was over because we were told they weren’t sitting anyone until the fight is over. We watched about 10 parties walk out because of this. The host had the worst attitude for having to do his job and tried getting us to leave. The bartender had every table in the bar area while the waiters and cooks sat watching the fight for an hour. Just go to bed hungry, coming here is not worth your money nor your time. New management is desperately needed for this location.

Our first time here and probably our last. For starters the floors are weirdly slick and even with my boots on, I felt like I was sliding. Then after being seated, even with a mostly empty dining room we waited 15 minutes before we saw a server. She was stood at a single table chatting with them the whole time. We didn’t even realize she was out waitress at first.
Once the food came, it was pretty bland. We ordered the mushroom burger and the hatch chili burger plus mozzarella sticks and the loaded jumbo tots. The hatch chilis definitely saved my burger and was fairly decent but the patties themselves and everything else was bland. The jumbo tots were both burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside.
Our drinks needed refilled before the food even arrived and they never were at all. We waited probably another 20 minutes after eating before we could ask the waitress for a check. So overall we only saw her twice. Once when ordering and once when asking to leave.

All the food was fine until I got to my fries. They are so overcooked they are basically burnt. Then there’s the matter of the seasoning. There’s a solid layer seasoning on the bottom plus all over the fries as if the lid came off or they opened the wrong side and didn’t care.

This is a really disappointing review for me to write because I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but this location has gone significantly downhill. From the moment you walk in and try to get seated, the staff seems confused and unorganized. The floors are dirty and slippery, the windows are filthy, and the blinds are visibly unclean. When the dining area looks this neglected, it honestly makes you wonder what’s going on in the kitchen.
Service has also become extremely slow. Drinks and food take SO long to arrive that you’re better off ordering two drinks at once—otherwise you’ll be left waiting with an empty glass for far too long. I remember when Buffalo Wild Wings was consistently good, but now, at least at this location, it’s a constant disappointment. New management may be badly needed.

We order from this location and usually have great food good service when dined in. This last time I went was a disappointment. I went for my birthday and alot of the food came out cold bone in wings was hard and got over charged on my bill plus others did as well. Lets do better for groups when they come in. My birthday dinner was a disappointment.

Took 2 hours to get the food. Big group got there 15 min before is and got food 10 min before us and all that was ordered was appetizers. Also dirty everywhere and didn’t have seating for us because 15 tables were dirty. After ordering no one came to talk to us till we got our food hour later. Food was then cold and didn’t even get it right. Took 12min to get it right again. No discount for the time or lack of accuracy. Didn’t taste good do to being cold to Luke warm and no seasoning for whatever reason… I never write reviews ever but damn. Never had such a suck experience. And they weren’t busy or under staffed that I would respect and understand. Idk just shitty fr

Ordered online and got there when the website said it would be ready. The hostess told me that my order was ready except for the fries. 30 minutes later I get my order and I’m missing an order of fries and the othere one didn’t have the seasoning I ordered. The dry rub wings were only seasoned on one side. The dip for the pretzel bites was open in the container and made a huge mess and the lid was melted before we ever got into it. The food was room temperature to the touch and the fries were soggy so we waited for twice as long as we were supposed to and didn’t get the full order and it probably shouldn’t have been served just because of the temperature
