If you’re craving wings done just right, this Buffalo Wild Wings in Richland delivers the goods with precision and heart.
We ordered the 20-piece traditional wings, requesting an 18-minute cook time for that extra crispy finish. While the standard is 12 minutes, the kitchen nailed our request, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with every bite a testament to timing and technique.
Huge shoutout to Ashlynn, our attentive and proactive server, who went the extra mile by checking with the kitchen before placing our order. That kind of care makes all the difference.
And hats off to Nick in the back, those wings were cooked to perfection. You made our day!

I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, even as a prior Bdubs server. This place was the worst experience I have ever had. I left so upset.
I ordered with my family, my husband had a burger, and I had wings parm/bbq. My son had boneless wings as well. My 4 yr old Mac/cheese. We waited 15 minutes to even be recognized by a server, then another 45 minutes for food to arrive, that was after asking the server for our food as my 4 yr old by this time was in tears. Then our food came out cold! I asked the server to fix it, she refused went onto other tables leaving us with cold food. I then proceeded to ask for a manager, the manager refused to come speak to us period. Sent another person to take care of what was needed. They reordered the food. I still didn’t get my food, my son’s order wa wrong the second time it came out. I went to my truck with my toddler at this time as it’s been over an hour an half now. My husband walked out with my food and it wasn’t even a full meal, no sauce and the order was wrong. I left so upset, hungry and very disappointed in a restaurant. This is my 3rd time trying this specific one as we just recently moved to the area. Service has always been horrible here but this experience was the worst ever I will not be going back. This store needs to be shut down and completely replaced with new management and a new team. This was my “replacement”. Oh and when I asked for silverware we were given “to go” plastic silverware to eat with along with our drinks never being refilled.

Ordered food on door dash to pick up ourselves after a very long day travelling. Told him the name for the order and he gave us our stuff and went on our way. We should have double checked, so thats our fault. Got home, and there was a man’s name on the bag and not our food. Had to drive 20 minutes each way to go back AGAIN to pick up our food. You’d think they would at the very least remade it so it wasnt literally icy. But came back to the hotel with freezing food that we had to go use the gas station microwave to re heat after paying $85 USD for our meal …. amd disgusting food at that. The burger…ugh

Ordered takeout today and we were disappointed. We ordered the pick 6 meal for 2, a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, fried pickles and a side of veggies and ranch. They told me my pick up time was 2 pm. I got there and was told I needed to wait 15 more minutes. Then our food came out and they forgot one of our burgers. Finally got the burger and headed home. They also forgot the side of veggies and ranch that I ordered and our 2 drinks. Our fried pickles didn’t look cooked enough and they were cold and our burgers were very plain tasting. No seasoning or anything. Overall I was just super bummed because eating out is a special treat and I didn’t feel good after this. I took 2 bites of my burger, didn’t eat the cold flavorless pickles, didn’t have a drink or the veggies that I was looking forward to. Ended up eating Cheerios at home and they hit the spot.

They were really nice let us stay for the whole Seahawks game. Food took a long time to get there but I told the waitress it was ok since we were going to watch the whole game. Waitress forgot our 2 drinks that came with the 2 for $25 combo but its ok. They were busy. She gave them to us at end after I asked for them. Overall it was good. The pretzel knot thingies are soooooo good! Highly recommend with that cheese and mustard. Might go back just for that. Beer was pricey. Like 10$ for large Modelo. Plenty of TVs to watch at any table so thats cool. I will go back and give them another try. Oh ya the restrooms were dirty as heck but it was packed and people behave like animals. Also not a place where you can order one thing and chill. Then order again. Was told by waitress it takes a long time to get food in that place.

Horrible customer service. I ordered online for my family and my confirmation said the order would be ready at 510pm. We didn’t get our food until after 6pm. My husband and daughter had to stand and wait for almost an hour. He only got acknowledged once while he was there. We ordered 2 appetizer platters and some of or food was missing and it was all cold. Most of the mozzarella sticks we got didnt even have cheese in them. We also got the triple dips and chips. The chips were stale and horrible. This was my first experience ever with this restaurant and it will definitely be my last. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. You would think that for being a big-name franchise, they would have better systems in place to serve customers and get food out in a timely manner. It’s unacceptable—especially since it wasn’t busy at all, and this is not the first time. I do not recommend dining in unless you want to wait 45–55 minutes for your food, or possibly even longer during busy hours

Genuinely dont come here. This is coming from a fellow server. Server had zero care/sense of urgency. We had to send our orders back 3 times. Zero apologies was met with eye rolls and a sense of “i dont even wanna be here” attitude. I understand places being busy and understaffed but this is absolutely ridiculous. We had to have our whole table get up and go to the bar to get a refill on drinks while our server disappeared for over 20 mins (only running 4 tables i counted). Table behind us and across from us were upset and one walked out. I get how hard things can get but WOW. I give servers alot of grace bc again i totalllly understand the whole industry. But girl if this isnt your vibe dont make the rest of us suffer. On top of that food was trash super rushed and burnt/over done. Dont waste your money.
