The Infinite Enigma
My mom and I were door dashing around Noon. We started a dash and the pick-up was at this location of Sonic. The order said not go thru the drive through or into the restaurant. We waited for 20 minutes for them to answer the red button at one of their stalls, never answered. My mom finally decided to have to go through the drive through to pick up the door dash order as last resort. Point is, because this Sonic is understaffed and their pay is very little, or they simply don’t care. The reason doesn’t matter, what matters is they are stopping us from doing our door dashing with impeccable service. The person’s food was cold when we finally got it. So it makes us look bad as dashers!

There is no place in the front to order if your a walk in guest, my overall experience was lack or customer service I even went ti another stall in order to order and still no service. I had to catch an employee before they went inside to ask them if getting just a soda was fine I then proceeded to wait another 10 mins just to receive my order.

This Sonic is out-dated – the card machines that the stalls don’t work. The staff is friendly, but you can’t tell they’re not supported by whoever owns this Sonic. The late who brought out our food was so nice. I hope the staff gets better working environments and updated tech infrastructure to make their lives a little easier in this age.

Never a good experience at this location unfortunately. Waited 35 minutes in the pickup spot for 2 drinks (one was a water).People were leaving or getting out of their cars to walk up to the window. I ended up leaving empty handed and still haven’t received a refund after reaching out to support. Lack of staffing? I don’t know what the issue is but this location is always the worst.

The staff are incompetent and don’t speak English well enough to handle a simple drink order. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me is extremely excessive. Everytime I come in the app is broken and I’m waiting excessive time for a simple order. I didn’t realize I was asking for the moon when I ordered a rt 44 drink that I had to shout at the lady multiple times to get the order through. Never going to any Sonic again ever. They are all trash along with the employees

Got my order completely wrong. We asked for no onions on a burger, they assured us that burger came with no onions and so didn’t put that request in the system. When we got home the burger had a PILE of onions on it, so I didn’t have any dinner. Ordered mozzarella sticks too that were just completely missing. Two stars because on the rare occasions that the food is correct, it’s tasty.

stalls were closed down with no signs to tell me to go to the drive thru. The food was was thrown together, I understand there is a low amount of employees and no stalls, but there was almost no effort put into this. Definitely not worth the $30 I paid.

Save your time, go to the San Mateo location. Menaul always ruins my orders. Doesn’t hear clearly about order detail simple as “NO Mustard” or “Easy Ice”.
The San Mateo location doesn’t care for the “Easy Ice” but they’re getting a bit better. I hope Their drink mix is near perfection as well ✨️

Worst service ever! Waited 10 minutes in a stall with button pushed, because we couldn’t check in on app for mobile order. Then she told me after I called the phone that they are only taking orders through drive through. Waited 30 minutes for watered down drinks. When I asked for a manager, after hearing them take someone’s else’s order they got mad at me, even the manager got mad for questioning service
