Maggie and Alyssa both wouldn’t make my drink in the drive thru. I come in and show them a video from their website, you have to pay to have protein milk and cold foam added into your drink. The problem was they told me they wouldn’t do it, even if I was gonna pay for it. I showed them the video and gave them explicit directions on how to make the drink because i’ve ordered it before. I have a thirty minute lunch break.I like to order this drink on my lunch.I work pretty close, and they let the drink sit on the counter for 25 minutes of that time! They finally see me and get around to me, and they dont add cold foam, protein milk, or anything else I paid for! Them trying to fix it is subpar at best, took them 5 minutes to refund 7 dollars. Will be going to Dutch from now on

First time ordering from this Starbucks and we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly from ordering, payment, to pick up. They can do two separate tabs and they were patient with us as we scanned through 5 different gift cards

I wanted to leave a review because I just genuinely love the people and customer service here. ❤️ I’m not much of a Starbucks fan when it comes to lattes or americanos but the cold brew and eggs bites are totally my jam. Anyway, Dua is super chill – I love chatting with her! There’s another gal, a bit older, she’s sooo friendly as well and I enjoy seeing her.

Starbucks in The Orchards is an excellent location. No matter the length of the line, you are in and out in a very timely manner and the drinks are very consistent. Excellent customer service and a great place to sit down and have something yummy with a friend!

18 minutes for one hot tea. Met a nice lady who also waited an excessive amount of time despite speaking up about it. Not sure I would have ever gotten my order without her. Looked like they kept forgetting or losing orders? No apologies or reassurances or anything after. Not the usual Starbucks experience.

Amazing starbucks! Worth the drive across town. I’ve went here on holidays because it is close to family, amazing service everytime! They are also great with mistake, I’ve came here because the Nob Hill starbucks messed up my drink horrible and told me to go a different location. 72nd was able to help me so kindly and made sure I felt welcomed in their store. 10/10 would suggest this place to everyone I know loves starbucks. They also have had friendly staff the past years.

It’s nice that they have the faster wifi (google) but the quality of the staff isn’t anything to write home about. Their attitudes are lousy and distrusting of the customer. For example I have been repeatedly told I can’t have my free coffee refill because it’s only for same-visit customers… Problem is I AM a same-visit customer…. Been sitting there on my laptop in the lobby for a couple hours in fact. I am an out of town but frequent customer and would appreciate better service.
