There is only a drive-thru or walk-up, but I have always been served in an expedient manner. I recommend McDonald’s for anyone who is gluten-free and looking for a fast-food option. I’ve found that many other fast-food restaurants cross-contaminate products (Burger King, Arby’s), or don’t change their oil (Burger King, Arby’s). I know that people rip on McDonald’s, but I’ve always had the best experiences with this fast-food chain, and I grew up eating a lot of different fast-food restaurants. Go here, not there.
When I got to the second window, things completely fell apart. I waited a long time, saw employees looking around for my order, and eventually someone asked me what I ordered. I showed them my app with the confirmed order and location. After more waiting, the manager came and told me she did not see my order in their system and refused to give me my food, even though my app clearly showed the order placed at that exact McDonald’s with the correct address.
I explained that if my order was not there, how did the person in the first window know my name after providing the code, since you never provide your name when ordering. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager just kept insisting I cancel the order, told me to leave, and even threatened to call the cops when I pushed back and showed proof of purchase. The app itself says to talk to the manager if there is a problem, which is what I was doing, but she was dismissive and unprofessional.
This location needs better training and accountability. The customer service was extremely poor and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s location.
Put up a sign that says “pick-up” only cuz thats clearly all this location is anymore.
Last time I went there, there were 4 cars waiting on the side of the road (with 6+ cars in the actual line). They should figure out how to organize a busy line better with usage of parking spots tbh.
Most of people in the line probably did mobile order just like me. They already paid so we have no choice but wait in the line… on the road awkwardly blocking & confusing incoming traffic a bit.
Besides how busy they are though, I really appreciate the customer service they do here. They’re still doing an amazing job considering how crazy the line is. Here’s the picture of the line on a “good day”
