Well, they screwed up our order in our favor. We ordered 1 Hi-C and ended up with 6. The fries are always crispy, and I can tell that they regularly change the oil in the fryers. I’ve never had a bad experience with service, or my order being screwed up not in my favor. This is my favorite one to go to in my immediate area. The Deluxe McChicken was fire today. Well done!

There is only a drive-thru or walk-up, but I have always been served in an expedient manner. I recommend McDonald’s for anyone who is gluten-free and looking for a fast-food option. I’ve found that many other fast-food restaurants cross-contaminate products (Burger King, Arby’s), or don’t change their oil (Burger King, Arby’s). I know that people rip on McDonald’s, but I’ve always had the best experiences with this fast-food chain, and I grew up eating a lot of different fast-food restaurants. Go here, not there.

I called the manager to see if they honor the All-American meal, and she couldn’t even understand English so she just hung up on me?? all I wanted to do was give them my business and she just hangs up. That’s the kind of customer service these people are pushing here then I don’t want any of it

I order through DoorDash on Tuesday night at 11:22pm about 10mins before they stopped accepting orders on DoorDash. It’s taken them an hour to prepare already made burgers and chicken nuggets and some fries. Now I understand that I’m not the only person ordering through a delivery service (because I’m not only person) but this is ridiculous. Now the drivers kept dropping my order because it still wasn’t ready. That is ridiculous. There is no reason on a TUESDAY NIGHT that it should take an hour to get some food. The order ended up being cancelled because they were “closed”, even though I got my order in before closing time. And before anyone says anything yes I could make my own food at home, but tonight I wanted to have treat.

Mcdonald’s used to be kid friendly. Ronald McDonald and his friends used to be everywhere. The play places have used to be everywhere. Now they look like a sterile corporate office. The food looks completely fake and they don’t even pretend to make it look like it’s real food. I’m afraid to eat it. It’s like those burgers will instantly give you cancer. It doesn’t decompose.

I usually order through the McDonald’s mobile app because it is convenient, lets me use rewards points, and makes pickup fast. This time, I placed my order as always, confirmed the location, and went to the drive-thru. At the first window, the worker asked for my code, confirmed my name, and said “Gotchu.” Everything seemed normal.
When I got to the second window, things completely fell apart. I waited a long time, saw employees looking around for my order, and eventually someone asked me what I ordered. I showed them my app with the confirmed order and location. After more waiting, the manager came and told me she did not see my order in their system and refused to give me my food, even though my app clearly showed the order placed at that exact McDonald’s with the correct address.
I explained that if my order was not there, how did the person in the first window know my name after providing the code, since you never provide your name when ordering. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager just kept insisting I cancel the order, told me to leave, and even threatened to call the cops when I pushed back and showed proof of purchase. The app itself says to talk to the manager if there is a problem, which is what I was doing, but she was dismissive and unprofessional.
This location needs better training and accountability. The customer service was extremely poor and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s location.

Dont come here to order inside. Went in to redeem my receipt deal (sandwich BOGO) & it was impossible to catch a person. It is expected to order with the app or digital screen. These of course don’t have anywhere to scan/type in promo – only managers can do it. There ARE registers, complete w/ finger scanner (i looked)!! I left after 10mins of watching the line get longer of people pre-ordering.
Put up a sign that says “pick-up” only cuz thats clearly all this location is anymore.

The lady working the drive thru ordering had very good customer service. But the food mediocre, nothing special and not even up to McDonald’s quality. Also when did the fry package change or is it just at this location. I ordered the large fry and got them in a bag, not the normal fry box.

I come here often w my family it’s the only one nearest to me and even though it isn’t a dine McDonald’s anymore.. there are some employers that are just completely rude especially when they forget items or you ask them for things! completely unprofessional and there’s always people who are messed up off that stuff in here doing whatever they want! and nothing is being done about it! Disgusting & Very Unsanitary! Especially for people who come w their children!

Staff service is great, they’re nice and not rude like some other places to customers. BUT, the waiting line here takes FOREVER. I’ve gone here in many times of the day and the line is always insane.

Last time I went there, there were 4 cars waiting on the side of the road (with 6+ cars in the actual line). They should figure out how to organize a busy line better with usage of parking spots tbh.

Most of people in the line probably did mobile order just like me. They already paid so we have no choice but wait in the line… on the road awkwardly blocking & confusing incoming traffic a bit.

Besides how busy they are though, I really appreciate the customer service they do here. They’re still doing an amazing job considering how crazy the line is. Here’s the picture of the line on a “good day”
