I had their no egg breakfast – a waffle and breakfast potatoes and BACON!
The best bacon! My son had the Southwest burrito with sausage, and my hubby had simple old-fashioned breakfast with eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. Our daughter had biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, and her friend had pancakes and eggs. We really had a little of everything, and it was all delicious and perfectly cooked.
Make it a good deed day, always leave it in better shape than you found it!

The breakfast is so good! The pumpkin spice pancakes are incredible! A meal in itself! The biscuits and gravy are the best in The Springs. I’d mainline the gravy. My Country Benedict hit the spot before a day of walking. I’ll be back for lunch!
Still, it deserves 4 stars because:
-The menu is huge
-They offer some vegan and vegetarian options.
-Tim is fantastic and hustles around! Seriously, there couldn’t be a better waiter.
-The atmosphere is fun. I love sitting outside, even on chilly days.
I highly recommend the sweet potato and kale hash or a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili.
I highly recommend trying the Colorado breakfast—it’s a generous portion of food, perfect for starting your day. The thick bacon was delicious, and the French toast had just the right amount of cinnamon. The only minor downside was that the breakfast potatoes could have used a bit more seasoning.
Overall, it’s a great spot for breakfast, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
