Phenomenal from start to finish !! The cocktails were Amazing! The deviled eggs were extra fluffy and candied bacon a must ! The bread reminded us of fresh European bread! The main courses were excellent and the server went above and beyond!! My husband and I travel the world and love trying new restaurants and this one was a 5 star !! Highly recommend!! Prices were great 🙂

I recently met up with friends for a birthday lunch at Firebirds Stonecrest, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We were promptly seated, and the staff was helpful in answering questions about the menu. The restaurant is quite large inside and wasn’t very busy during our visit, which made for a relaxed atmosphere.
I ordered the shrimp salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. One of my friends ordered the shrimp and grits, which he didn’t love. I tried a bite, and while it wasn’t bad, I agree that I’ve had better versions elsewhere. I don’t often get down to that area of Charlotte, but if I’m in the neighborhood again, I’d consider going back for a casual lunch or dinner.

Firebirds was very accommodating when we had a party of 10 go for my mother’s birthday.
They’re very helpful as they had two waitresses to handle the group.
I feel like we had decent portions of food. However, the food was a little overcooked. My broccoli was so soft that basically melted on the fork and my potatoes and my steak were good but they were a little overcooked as well and at the same time a little cool.
Also, Firebirds is very expensive and while I do think it’s fun to go for a birthday or special occasion, it’s not a place per se that you’d want to go all the time because it’s pretty pricey. I wish they had some more seafood options, And that their appetizers were a bit more reasonable or that they had some platters to be able to share amongst friends. I did enjoy their special that they had three for $40.
Overall it was a very nice dining evening.

Firebirds is consistently good food and attentive service. We had the steak salad with Bleu cheese crumbles and it was very good. Shared a carrot cake and it was huge, it could easily make 3 people happy. The burgers are very good as well. The staff doesn’t make you feel rushed, we were there chatting for a while before we ordered. We’ll be back again!

We dined here on a Friday evening for a birthday dinner. Our group consisted of 7 people, including a 2-year-old, and we made the reservation through their website.
When we arrived, the place was quite busy, with several parties waiting to be seated. However, since we had a reservation, we were seated immediately. Two of our party had arrived a bit early and were already seated. The waitress was very attentive throughout our meal, bringing our drinks quickly. We started with the lobster spinach queso and the deviled eggs, and both dishes were exceptional.
We had a single set of dirty silverware, but the waitress handled it quickly, and the manager personally apologized. While not necessary, this was very professional and kind.
The entrees were all delicious! The 2-year-old got the salmon, and it was more than enough for any child. I think it would have easily been a portion suitable for an adult.
My wife and I shared a 9oz filet Mignon and the 3 sides entree for her birthday. The steak was incredible, and the sides were definitely worth it! I particularly enjoyed the carrots out of the three we ordered.
I highly recommend trying Firebirds if you haven’t already!

Such a great birthday dinner! Made reservations online and upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and sat. Taylor our waitress was very friendly, efficient, and attentive. Their lobster dip with chips was delicious. Their calamari was also very well-marinated. Not soggy or too crunchy either. We opted for the 3-course meals which came with either a soup or salad, a few options such as steak or seafood for the entree, and then a dessert. I ordered their salmon with shrimp, rice, and vegetables and it was delicious. Overall such a great time and will be back to try other items on their menu. They do have a huge parking lot.

Ollie the manager was very hospitable. And so was our waiter Damien. The shrimp chimichurri was a little salty and I had no idea that the corn salsa would be cold but it was still a good dish.

My sister, her husband, and myself all have a birthday with in a week of each other. Went to celebrate at firebird and they did not disappoint. Excellent service, great food, good wine and they surprised us with a complimentary birthday dessert!

This was my first time at this location and firebirds never disappoints me. Made sure we had our reservation or else you will be waiting forever, it’s always pack here. Our host was great she was friendly and humorous. Made sure she took great care of us. Food was great and great portions. Ring onions were the best of all just perfect. Enjoyed our ladies dinner date.

The ambiance of the restaurant was so breathtaking (in my opinion) I had to ask the server to give me a minute to take it all in. Service was A plus so much so we left a generous tip. The food..hands up. The steak was perfectly season and cooked and no steak sauce was needed. My ribs were 10/10. If I could have tip the chef I would have, even down to the plating which was executed very well. I also like how both managers came and ask us if we were ok and could they remove anything from the table. This was definitely worth the 1 hour and 40 minute drive and I will be returning
