This place has the absolute worst service. We waited for 45 minutes and ended up with nothing. No one ever acknowledged us at the drive through 20 minutes and someone even opened the back door and saw us there. We figured it might be down so pulled up to the window someone was there so waited 15 minutes behind them. Once they left we waited for another 10 minutes with people making eye contact and coming out the door giving orders and not one person ever came to the window. No wonder multiple cars gave up and drove away. Absolutely ridiculous

I’ve given this location many tries but it’s always the same experience. You can order in advance on the app but still and up waiting 30min and just for them to make your order incorrect. No thanks. Go to any other sonic but this one

People take 20+ mins to answer you on the side of the drive thru and then you get you food and it’s cold or soggy. Sonics has not been the same for a very long time. If I do go it will be for ice cream only…maybe because even that has gotten sooo expensive. And forget buying online. I tried buying and it wouldn’t let out transaction go thru! Idk what’s going on with them.

Waiting 20 minutes at the stall and 10 minutes in the drive thru. When I drove up and asked if I could place my order the guy basically told me he “couldn’t take any more orders” because his cook needed to catch up. All while majority of the staff I saw sat outside playing on their phone. The worst sonic ive ever been too.

Waited 45 mins in line to even order. Waited another 30 for food! Bought my mom the chicken slider! Bun was burn to a crisp bread was rock hard. Then the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even tear it! Tried calling manger and lady was rude wouldn’t let me talk then put me on hold for 45 min don’t think she even went to get the manger

Terrible service. No answer at the drive thru. We pulled up to the window to simply order ice and we waited here for about 10min with multiple people passing by the window without servicing us, mind you we’re the only ones at the drive thru. The manager passed by the window, multiple workers saw our vehicle at the drive thru window and still no answer. We finally had to knock on the actual window to finally get some service after waiting a while longer. The workers were rude and short with us. Terrible location. Other workers were out cleaning signs and also ignoring us. Would give zero stars if I could. Will be advising my family members that were also in the same vehicle experiencing the same thing to also leave a bad review for this location. Don’t recommend this place. Needs better management.

Greasy burnt tots, and messed up my order with no receipt. They repeated my order of bbq chicken and gave me Buffalo chicken. Need to change the oil. It’s sad not even my dogs wouldn’t even eat the tots. Management needs to coordinate their staff, they need to clean their fryers. Based on my order I could tell the people who worked didn’t care about their customers.

Ordered on app arrived and waited 25 minutes for them to never deliver the drinks or fries. When called they said they were out of Root Beer and asked to substitute with Dr Pepper. Still waited for 10 minutes when they came out nothing correct and then came out and said the refunded the amount. But nothing was given to us. We wanted drinks. They finally brought us some random stuff.
