Two ppl working on one person’s order was beyond my comprehension! No one acknowledged my entrance or my presence in line. The fact that the individual who was working on the 1st sub put the lettuce back into the lettuce container after putting it on the meatball sub was very unsanitary. Then the individual who was working on the 2nd sub went to assist with getting the lettuce off the 1st sub.
I did not stay to endure anymore mistreatment. In the future I hope the employees working at this location know and understand that each patron is due the same level of service. Because ALL USA dollars whether in coins, dollars, or plastic serve the same purpose!

Bread was hard as a brick, I don’t know if they overcooked it or just didn’t cook new bread but whatever happened, I wanted a sandwich. Not a loaf of toast. Also, you will never get your order on time. For a manager that claims its the “easiest fast food job you could work” making a sandwich seems to be a real challenge.

Food is always really good & customer service is great. I asked for fresh spinach & they brought it out. I informed them their tea had a chemical taste, which suggests the urn was not rinsed sufficiently after being washed. They pulled the urn to be re-washed promptly. We love to sit out on their small patio so that us a big plus.

Hadn’t been to Subway in years. Stopped in today and ordered a foot-long and a 6 inch sub. The food was Subway… Good and tasty, but the counter person who took my order and made my sandwiches (Lucas) was a throwback. He had personality and humor to match his hard work! So impressed with this young dude. He’s a keeper.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The staff didn’t change their gloves when preparing my vegetarian delight sub. As a vegetarian, I find this concerning and had to specifically request it. Attention to such details should be standard practice without needing a reminder from the customer.

Sad part about this is, is I can’t leave a 0 stars. I went in and the larger heavy set female with glasses lied to me and told me that the new chicken bacon ranch is the exact same as the old one, except more cheese. She failed to mentioned the extra 3 dollar charge for it. Then she made my wife’s pizza and grabbed a figure pinch of cheese, when asked to add more, she complied but charged for extra. This employee is worthless. She lies to customers and garnished toppings to when you have to request extra and then charges you for it! When i told her something was wrong, she would only apologize and say look at the receipt. Snarky attitude, lying, worthless employee. Is that who you really want at your store!? Some highschool kid who don’t care About YOUR BUSINESS! We will not be coming back to this store and I’ve sent in a complaint to subway, for whatever good that will do. What. A. Joke.

One lady behind the counter was upset that I asked her to crisp the bacon before she put it in the sandwich. She made a scene. The manager was very nice, and even helped me carry out my very large order. When I got home, the bacon was still half raw.

I was in this Subway on 2/28/2022. We visit this location frequently and the staff is always busy talking to their co-workers about friends, school, etc and not focusing on the customer. The 2/28/2022 visit was not good. The staff were focused on discussing who hadn’t called who, size of shirts, and really anything else besides the four people in line. The staff struggled to remember what people ordered. This was a frustrating experience and show to watch. The two things that sealed a horrible experience was the marijuana leaf earrings one staff member was wearing and the female employee calling another employee and a**hole because they got to leave early. She used in the word a**hole in front of myself, a mother, and a roughly 9 year old child. Good job. Highly unprofessional and no insight to, um I don’t know their job. I guess we will be using the Subway inside Wal-Mart from now on.

Day shift customer service is great! The manager does her best to make sure everything is on point. As far as the negative review on Alexis. She’s always been very polite. I believe she transferred a couple of months ago so the review has to be bogus! So sad.
