It’s extremely extremely busy not going to lie. And loud. I’ve eaten here twice through the drive thru on lunch break from my place of work. First time, it was incredibly busy and they forgot my honey mustard. I had already spent so much time that I couldn’t go back to get it. The second time, they made me wait even longer for my food in a parking spot although this time I got everything I asked for. But you know what? The second time around, I was given a voucher for a free sandwich and a drink. Fellas, it should be understood that this location is swamped with customers so if you’re in a pinch this is not the place to go. However, if you’ve got a wide window of opportunity than definitely go here because this place has good management and they make your business worth your time. Who knows how long it may take but if you eat here you get free stuff because they love their customers and they are rolling through the dough. It’s a riot.

Second time here, it was fairly busy but staff did a good job of helping everyone through the line. Our cashier, Dulce, was super sweet and even checked on us later in the meal to see if we were doing okay. She was very friendly and made me and my friend laugh, please tell her she did a good job! Will probably eat here again

Chick-fil-A is usually top notch with service for a fast food place. It seems like a simple shake shouldn’t have a customer standing waiting for 10 plus minutes. At very least give the customer a number and deliver it to a table .

I did drive through and from 3 items that I ordered i only had one item in the bag so i had to drive back and went inside.
The cashier never apologized for what happened and just grabbed my 8 count and large fries.
Got home and opened the 8 count nuggets and there was only 7 nuggets in there. Also no folk for salad
I love chick fil a but this was the weirdest chick fil a experience i had and also I don’t come to this location ever so idk if they are normally better but tonight’s experience was not good.

Food is average at best. Chicken was ok. Side dishes were blah. Mac and cheese tasted like $1 boxed Kraft. I only eat at this place maybe once a year because of other matters but when I went it was just eh. Lunch time is a circus. They have these poor kids running around outside taking orders and trying to maintain some sort of drive thru process. There were nearly 20 cars in line. And we still had to wait nearly 20 mins even though we ordered online. Ordering online is just dumb because you still must navigate the inefficient drive thru unless you go into the store.

Food is good but forget the app!
I tried to redeem points. The app kept changing my order to another location.
Finally got it set to Quivira location, then Menu was not available.
Had to go to the store to figure out the problem.
They said the app only works during breakfast hours. Menu is not available during the day!!?? **FAIL**
Which one of us is crazy??
App took my points away.
Disappeared.
DON’T USE THE APP AT THIS LOCATION is all I can recommend.
I went ahead and ordered some food but of course didn’t get points for that $30 purchase either.
So lose/lose scenario.
On my way out, stopped at the condiment center for ketchup and BBQ sauce. It was only stocked with mayonnaise. Cashier’s were stacked up so I journeyed back to the other side of the restaurant to the pick up area to request some ketchup and sauce.
This location needs a do-over.

We enjoy the special events they host for families. From Daddy /Daughter, Mother /Son date nights to Under the Sea night they always make the kids feel special and help make memories. They food and service are always good too.

Pros:
(1) Not super busy on a Saturday supper
Cons:
(1) Booth seats appear somewhat worn
(2) Employees aren’t the stereotypical-model-super-happy version of chik fil a employees (but are still much happier than the median fast food employee)
(3) Asked for chik fil a sauce, receipt says so, got Polynesian sauce instead. Minor when dining in, but might be worth double checking your order if ordering through drive-thru
