I am a huge Harry Potter fan and when I tell u I heard Krispy Kreme had Harry Potter donut theme I just had to start on my Harry Potter quest that day to Krispy Kreme to get my donuts. No disappointments here. Ordered a few hours before online, and they had a deal if u buy any dozen donuts u get a dozen glaze for 5 dollars which I took also. Ordered the sorting hat donuts on the side those r 4.95 each I believe and when u bite into them whatever color u get is the house u belong to. I got the right color my daughters got different colors. Wasn’t to big of a fan of that one seeing as its a buttercream filling and u can taste the food coloring so ate around filling. The price for the Harry Potter dozen is 20 u get 2 of each house and 4 glaze. Online u only allowed 2 sorting hat donuts so made an extra order seeing I have twins so that made 3 of us. When I picked up donuts at 7 they were ready and i told mngr. came all the way from Chicago for these she laughed was very courteous. I luv Krispy Kreme.

I placed an online order for a heart-shaped item 2 days ago, and when I got to the store—after a 33-minute drive—they told me it wasn’t available. No heads-up, no warning, nada. I came in for an online order. A little early probably about 15 mins before my pick up time. Every single one of the employees who worked there had such a bad attitudes. The store location was in a plaza, so they have plenty of parking slots. We came to buy different kinds of donuts and they are all delicious. Staffs are so friendly! They also sell coffee there that will be matched perfectly with donuts. Give it a try when you are around.

Ordered online days ahead of time. When I arrived to this location, I wasn’t greeted, I waited about 20 minutes, and I didn’t even receive what I initially paid for. There were many substitutions that I did not agree to and staff including the manager were not friendly at all. I would not vusit this location ever again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to Krispy Kreme. I usually look forward to the ‘joy’ your brand promises, but this experience was a complete letdown due to the unprofessional treatment I encountered from a staff member named Dominic. Rather than the friendly and attentive service I’ve come to expect, I was met with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium treat only to have the experience soured by poor conduct. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’d hate for other customers to leave feeling as discouraged as I did.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with my fundraising order at this Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately, the process was far from smooth from start to finish. When I arrived for my first pickup, the store hadn’t even opened on time. Once they did open, I found out I had been given incorrect information about my order and pickup details.
When I finally picked up part of my order, it still wasn’t complete, and I was told to come back another time. On my second visit, I was assured everything would be ready, yet I ended up waiting another hour only to realize they had forgotten about my order altogether.
What made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from the manager. I simply took my items and left. While this location is convenient to my job, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. The lack of communication among staff and poor customer service made this an experience I don’t wish to repeat.
