It’s been a long time since we’ve been to an Olive Garden. Lunch was a great time for their soup (Pasta Fagioli and Zuppa), salad and bread sticks. My husband had Minestrone and Spaghetti with marinara.

I’ve always liked olive garden. I’m a big lover of pasta and Italian. I’ve been here a few times, always good, but never more memorable than each experience. Last night, however, I came and ate here last night with my dad, bf, and toddler. And our waiter was who I believed to be a new employee named Milo (that’s what his name tag said). He was exceptional! I’m not sure skill wise as I’ve never worked as a server before but his social skills were great. He was honest, funny, and was willing to help with anything. I’m not a very social person and rarely joke with people but felt much more welcomed because of this server. Not sure if the owners see these reviews but I hope he gets some recognition!

Our server was William, a friendly, fun, competent server. He made sure we were well taken care of and didn’t make us feel rushedat all. The food was good and we were able to enjoy some time away from home.

The waiting time for this Olive Garden was very quick despite it being very busy. The hardest part it seems was finding parking as it is next to a very busy Hy-Vee and you may find yourself fighting for a spot.
The service was acceptable and the food and appetizers came out in a very timely manner.
The servers and staff were kind and willing to answer any questions we had and even for how busy it was, we were still given adequate attention.
While there is not much the Olive Garden can do about this, the spacing and dining can be a little to close and cramped for people moving about the hall. Besides that, great experience.

Overall a good experience. We had a big group of 55 people in here, and this Olive Garden was very easy to work with leading up to the event! Then the day of, we were all fed and that’s mostly what matters. But, they only had one waiter planned to serve our entire group, and even though this lady was AMAZING, things were moving pretty slowly at first. After our tour manager talked to the store manager, things picked up, but they really didn’t want to give us more wait staff at first.
They were very helpful and printed out a separate menu for our group, but the menu ended up being pretty vague and the tour group was confused at what was included. That might have been partially on me for not clarifying exactly what would be on the paper. The total price ended up being very reasonable and the food was warm which is why the 5 stars. But for any manager reading this review, please prepare to have more staff for a planned group of that size.

Had dinner here with my husband, our daughter, and her boyfriend. We were seated immediately. Our Server Hayden immediately came over, welcomed us, asked for our drink orders, and asked if we’d like an appetizer. We ordered drinks and were torn on an appetizer, and he made a suggestion. We ordered the lasagna Frita. He thek our orders and brought salad and breadsticks. He kept the breadsticks coming and kept us updated on the status of our meal. Hayden did a great job checking in on appropriate intervals and ensuring our drinks were topped off. He also made sure we had plenty of cheese. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years, and the salad was good. The breadsticks were fresh. Our entrees were okay. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana, and the portion of the spaghetti was very small. There might have been 10 noodles. All of our meals lacked sauce. Normally, we use our bread sticks to sop up the sauce, but there was no sauce to sop up. The meals were okay, nothing that excited me or made me think I’d want to return any time soon.

We were there to today and Jordyn j was an awesome server. She went above and beyond on service. Never had to ask for bread or to get our drinks refilled. She was also very very friendly. Great job on who ever hired her.

Server was great, host had a terrible attitude that could use some work. As the very first person you see when you walk into restaurant, you would expect to be greeted with a smile, and not a blank stare and an attitude when you ask for a full booth instead of half booth. (Wasn’t that crazy in there for this to be a crazy request.)
