Food was amazing, atmosphere was incredible, drinks were BOMB. The attached liquor store is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Only giving 4 stars for service because the bartender was our waitress and she was the only one working. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE.

First timers, may need to pay strict attention to where the restaurant’s main entrance is.
Be forewarned:
It’s not very clear at all.

Perhaps better signage is in order.
But once you’ve pulled on a few bolted shut doors, you’ll eventually find your way inside.

That said…
The restaurant’s design may be viewed as a bit quirky to some.
But to others the quirkiness may actually be a part of its unique & fun appeal!
I’m guessing the restaurant has evolved over the years into this added-on, room-by-room, set-up.

With the multiple rooms, the restaurant offers different seating areas/activity options.
There’s a covered patio deck with outdoor seating area .
Off the outdoor patio deck, inside, are pool tables situated near a live entertainment area, with separate bar area & a liquor store,
all situated, basically, under one roof.

The menu offers a variety of grilled and casual fried food items.

There’s a BBQ menu, along with burgers and typical sports bar fare consisting of “wings & things” and enough Tampa vibe & flair to keep things flavorful & interesting.
Pressed Cuban sandwiches,
Fish and Shrimp Po Boy sandwiches, served with popular sides of fries, chips, cole slaw, baked beans & other add ons.

Keep a fresh outlook & an open mind;
leaving your diet and healthy eating habits far behind.

Try being a good sport
&
playing by the rules…
then a good time & good eats
may be had by all!

Sometimes it truly baffles me how some businesses choose to operate.

I came into this store ready to purchase four bottles of tequila, priced at $43 each (Rounding Up). However, another store nearby had the exact same bottles for $37 each (Rounding Up). I simply asked the cashier if they price matched, and the answer was an immediate no.

So you’d rather lose a $148 sale (before tax) instead of matching a competitor’s price? That’s the difference between a business that’s just getting by and one that’s actually trying to grow and keep customers.

Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and purchased the items from the other store.

This place is overpriced, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Just for comparison, Dewey’s Liquor is much more affordable than Gaspar’s, although I didn’t purchase my bottles from Dewey’s that particular day.

Overall, I’d rate this place 2 out of 10. And that’s only because the store itself was neat and clean, but when it comes to pricing and customer service, it was a major disappointment.

Needless to say, I won’t be shopping at Gaspar’s again.

I had a killer lunch there. Chef Salad($15?)…. sounds lame, but was solid.
Also had Russel’s Single Rickhouse($a lot but hella worth it!) and some Toasted Elijah Craig(~$15) pours.

Great staff. Great food. Awesome bottle shop next door.

10 out of 10 guys!
This is a must stop for bourbon lovers in the Tampa area.

I went yesterday. There was a girl that served me she was very pleasant and seemed genuine I guess.my experience here went from great to bad when I decided to walk outside with my cup she came behind me and said I couldn’t leave with the cup.Cool no problem I asked her to hold the cup until I’m finished getting something out my car .she brought my drink back to where I sat inside .Shortly after I returned inside and sat to my table .Another worker came to the table and said she would have to throw it away because I poured alcohol in it which I didn’t ,even if I wanted to I couldn’t because the first girl didn’t let me leave with the cup. I told the Second Lady that I didn’t do that but she had her mind made up she didn’t even asked if did she straight just made up in her head that I didn’t she even smelled my cup to which she smelt no latch but I decided to let her pour me another free of charge. After she poured the fresh one and rested it on the table me and my date got up and left I didn’t touch the second cup . I got an uneasy feeling that this whole thing was racially motivated . Anyways the food was good but I will not be going here again and will be letting others traveling from the Bahamas to Tampa know this bar is not so welcoming to black people. I wish I had a better experience altogether but hey it is what it is

Amazing unique place, hidden little secret only really known by residents of Temple Terrace. Had amazing service from the Bartender Lisa who was patient and helped explain the menu and drink options, the bar was stocked full of amazing liquor choices of all varieties and tastes.

I ate a burger while my wife had the quesadilla, both came out amazing I’d even place it in top 10 burgers I’ve ever had. I recommend going a level down from what you want in terms of how cooked the burger is. I wanted medium rare and it came out closer to medium well. So I’d recommend ordering rare in this case. I saw someone order an old fashioned which looked amazing, so that’s the first thing I plan to order next time. Definitely would recommend gaspars for anyone looking for a new experience.

If you prefer more of a calm quiet and family vibe come earlier in the day, for a more party and nightlife vibe go after 9pm. Thanks for the great experience Lisa.

Some of the best wings in Tampa Bay Area. Combined their bbq and Buffalo sauces for a spicy bbq. Great spot if you’re a jets fan as well to watch the games.

Wanted to try a new place in the area and this place did not disappoint. To start off we walked out to an awesome outdoor patio filled with unique decorations. Then we were met by the wonderful bartender. He said he had been working there for over 15 years. You could tell this place was special because it was pretty packed for a Wednesday night. The drinks were good and the food was solid too. Definitely recommend the Cuban sandwich . Will definitely be back soon!

Always a fun time at Gaspars. Three different bars to match your vibe for the night. Typically have live music on the weekends or sometimes karaoke. Drinks are always made well, service is great and there’s variety on the menu. Don’t forget about the liquor store at the end

Cute little pirate bar with plenty of outdoor seating. There’s even a full bar outside. Service was awesome! Food was delicious. Menu was perfect size, not too many options but enough to find what you are craving. VERY dog friendly! Almost everyone seated outside had their fur baby with them! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
