I used the app to order a works pizza with stuff crust and wings. When the order came to my house I had a meat lovers stuff crust without wings. I went to the store and got the receipt and the receipt was correct. I reorder my order paid for it and it was cheaper. Be careful with the app!!!

Ordered pizza over the phone for carry out and was told about 15 minutes. Got there and waited another 35 minutes as they hadn’t even started my order. Cashier kept apologizing but made it right with a 2 liter Mountain Dew on the house. Obviously, the food was fresh with it being straight out of the oven. Wasn’t too busy for Saturday night. Clean store. Young workers but great attitudes and customer service.

Very good for quick take out pizza. The staff is mostly friendly. The management’s really good, so if you have an issue, it’s usually resolved quickly.

Customer service sucks! Placed a delivery order waited 60 mins and it never got delivered due to not having “drivers”. I only got the update because I called to check on my order. Then I placed a carry out order and it was an 80 mins wait! I asked manager to pump me up due to what happened because it wasn’t fair. Her response “not fair employees didn’t show up to work, I’m not pumping you up.”

Pizza is always hot and fresh. We drive to pick up from almost 20 minutes away just for this store. Staff is great and food is always what we expect!

Ordered my pizza for delivery and was given an estimate of 62-72 minutes. I decided to call 60 minutes later since the tracker still showed my order in the “making” stage. It sounded like they never started on my order and I was told that my order was in the make line. It has now been 72 minutes and my order still shows to be in the “making” stage on the tracker. The order is eventually delivered in 2 hours from the time of order and was great. They need to pay better attention to the online orders.

We ordered a pizza Feiday night. The delivery driver almost dropped the pizza at the door. Causing it to flip on itself.
The driver said it would be refunded. We waited till Tuesday to call because it had not been refunded.
The assistant manager said she would send the same pizza instead. We said ok. They said it would be 1 hour. We called back and 1hour and 20min later, they said 15min, we called back 30 min later, they said it was going in the car. We asked to speak to manager. The assistant manager Katie proceeded to tell at my wife saying they were busy and they never should have given the refund.
Bottom line is the delivery driver didn’t do what he said he would do. And the assistant manager is extremely unprofessional and should not be working in a management position.
I hope the GM sees this and does something about it.
And guess what the pizza showed up 1 hour late and it’s almost cold.
