The overal feeling of the restaurant was friendly. It had lots of fun things to look at on the walls. The manager greeted us with french fries with ranch and another sauce. Can’t remember the name, but very good. I had hot honey wings. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Theya were on top of potato chips that had the hot honey saise drizzled on-top. They were interesting. I couldn’t decide if I liked them or loved them. I kept eating them lol. My husband had a hamburger. I took a bite of his of course. It was delicious . Overall we enjoyed our dining experience. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Oh yeah! I had the chocolate pretzel milkshake to go. I was way to full, but it was great!

My family and I had an amazing lunch at Red Robin. Our server Matthew was fantastic. He took care of every one of our needs. There is plenty of parking and space in the restaurant. The menu has a good variety of choices. We loved the endless refills. We will be back.

Fries could be cooked more. Server was only adequate, she acted like it was an inconvenience to bring our dressing.

Overall we had a good experience here. Customer service was good, food was hot and tasty. Not a huge deal but this is one of the smallest Red Robin’s I’ve ever been to. So if you’re not a fan of being close to your neighbors I’d avoid this place.

Pretty standard affair for a Red Robin. Service was actually great, didn’t have to wait to long to be seated, waitress was prompt and friendly. Manager came by multiple times to check on us and brought the bottomless fries (I always get more than I need).
Order the Royal Robin. Egg cooked runny (it was perfect), whole burger was fantastic. Friend got the bottomless root beer float and seemed to enjoy it.
Definitely and safe, good restaurant option. Will go back when in the area.

Much better experience all around than from the Red Robin in Cary. As my previous review states, we left there and came here. Hailey was amazing, food was hot and delicious, and everything was just great! Our appetizer came out with our food, not that it mattered as both came out quick, but the manager bee lined to our table to apologize and comped it without us saying a word. That’s great customer service and we appreciate the entire experience. Will definitely be returning.

This is one my wife and I’s favorite RR to go to. We often go for our “Month-a-versaries” and have had awesome service every time !! The best servers have been Bianca, Leigh and best for last Mrs. Stephanie. The burgers were cooked to absolute perfection and with bottomless Root Beer = Heaven 🙂

Usually I leave Red Robin slightly dissatisfied but my family wanted to come tonight. I was beyond by the food. It was hot, fresh and so damn good. My waitress really was the star this evening. She’s exactly what every company strives to have in an employee. Thank you Yoan for a wonderful family night.

Seat right as we came in. We did have to wait a few minutes for our waitress to come greet us but it was the perfect amount of time to be ready to order as well. Me and my husband went here to redeem my birthday reward and he got the bacon fondue burger and I got the keep it simple burger. After we finished we ordered the mud pie dessert and it was hard to eat because it was still frozen but we talked and it melted and was delicious! If I am in town I plan on coming here!
