I rated it well, it’s McDonalds, but I despise having to order from a kiosk. If I choose to order from the app, ok, fine. But if I go in to dine in I want to be able to order from a person at the register. That was not even an option. Other than that food was fine, again, it’s McDonalds. It’s pretty standard across the map.

I ordered 2 # 1’s. And the deluxe mccrispy meals they where not busy because of the construction going on, they didnt give me the fries for any of the 3 meals. Foods to damn expensive to not get your whole order and then they dont want to answer when you call.

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. On December 29th around 3:30 PM, I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. The money was taken out of my account, and I received my order code.

When I arrived at the store, the cashier told me I had to pay again. I explained that I already paid through the mobile app and gave him my code. He claimed the order was declined and said I needed to pay, and he was rude about it.

I asked to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager also insisted I needed to pay again, despite me explaining that the charge had already gone through. She had an attitude and made no effort to actually check or help resolve the situation.

I should not be asked to pay twice for the same order, especially when the app already charged my card. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help was very disappointing.

The night shift workers were all so rude and careless. They laughed because they got my order wrong and they knew it was wrong. The girl told the guy it was a m&m mcflurry and he made it an Oreo then proceeded to add m&m to the ice cream. When I went back for a refund he started talking to his coworker in Spanish as if I didn’t speak Spanish. This is the 3rd mistake they have done and I keep coming back thinking it’ll get better. That was the last time they got my money because clearly they don’t care about service.

Every time I go, don’t have good expressions. Restaurant is dirty, people work there are not very friendly. not even smiling. Go drive through, after they hand you food, they shut off the window in front of you.

literally the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to !!. we ordered our food at the kiosk like we always do, we didn’t get a receipt for an number to be called, we waited forever for our food. bout 25 mins went by and we went to go check on our food, and the manger or the lady whoever she was at the counter said she called our number repeatedly. and we tired to explain to her that we didn’t have a receipt and she wanted to get rude about it, we also had to wait for our drinks til we got our food. our food was soggy and cold we paid for sauce and when we went up to the counter to ask for it she wanted to argue with us saying she put it in the bag.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Ticket times must be outrageous here. I spent 36 minutes in the DRIVE THRU before I got to place my order after only THREE cars in front of me. The staff is nonchalant at best, my order might be right when I finally get it, and no, I pulled into the drive thru lane, I WILL NOT BE USING MY MOBILE APP TO ORDER!!!

Had to cancel my mobile order because I picked up at 10:37am but order at 10:05 am… like food should be done – im just picking up! They said I had to cancel my order on the app and wait for a refund… do better mcdonald’s!
