I was very hungry when I went to my local fire wings on Florin Rd. This locations service is usually good as usual. But TODAY, I went was greeted immediately as usual ordered my food for takeout. The cashier was very nice and offered the promos. When I got home I ate into a wing, I instantly noticed a shape of some sort of BUG with the ANTENNAS cooked into my chicken. I can not believe this!! I am so sick I can not even eat tonight. I will definitely send these photos to the health dept asap. This is not right. Refund?? SMH..

Came here on a whim. We were immediately greeted when we entered. Right off the bat, it was a very clean establishment. Staff gave us ample time to make up our minds. The cashier even helped my husband decide on his order We ordered the lemon pepper chicken strips. Food was hot and came to our table pretty quickly. I do like them better than another wing place we frequent. They have 4 long tables and 3 large screen TVs. Pretty good place to have chicken.

The employees where all using inappropriate language and were too busy flirting with eachother. The restroom was closed. How is the restroom closed? They give you a little wet napkin to “wash” your hands. Food wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t go back.

Dear franchise owner: you need to get your act together and manage this place better. I couldn’t even order anything because they were slammed with DoorDash orders. They did not have enough employees on the clock for a lunch rush. They looked so busy that I felt bad and just left. Why are you making the register person work double also as a server? Ridiculous.
