Very nice birria!
The consome was delicious with a better flavor then others I have had.
The taco was delicious and tasted fresh.
The vampire had a grilled cheese on it with was very nice.
The mulita was fat and delicious.
And the quesotaco was great aswell.
Definitely a 5 star.

My east county friends have been raving about this food cart for like forever so I finally made some time to check it out.
When we arrived there was a crazy long line which is usually a good indication that I was in the right spot.
We ordered a dozen of the Taco de Birria’s and added the “broth w/meat” to drench our tacos in. It took about 20 minutes which I didn’t mind waiting.
We chased our meal down with their cold Horchata and Agua de Jamaica.
There are several locations so I won’t have to travel as far next time.

I’m not sure how they got 4.4 stars honestly. Flavors were below average, tacos are tiny and you need a magnifying glass to find the meat, pricy, and no atmosphere whatsoever. I don’t recommend at all

I was taken here by a friend of mine who hails from the same region that this particular food comes from.
He was very happy with the experience and the quality and authenticity of the food.
If you don’t know what to get or it’s your first time, I highly recommend the PDX sampler. Provides a very nice variety of textures and preparation, showing the versatility of their fantastic birria.
One word of warning: they will ask if you want mild or hot salsa. This not on the American scale of spiciness. While I greatly enjoyed the spicier salsa (which was flavorful and perfect for drizzling), if spicy food is not your favorite, I would say to air on the side of caution.

The HYPE is real! Service was quick, staff was super friendly, love the buzzer system everyone is not just standing around. Honestly some of the best tacos I’ve tried spider taco with crispy cheese was amazing and the ramen is a must definitely will be back plenty of times

Best taqueria cart I’ve been to in the area, and they specialize in birria! We got the combo which was 4 tacos and a cup of consume for dipping for $11. Perfect portion size, perfect price! There will be a line so excited to wait. This place is popular.
