I ordered boxes of cookies online. I arrive too early. So while waiting, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. They had so many workers and everybody was so nice and they were busy. As soon as i walked in every worker in the building was death staring at me. Sorry you have to do your job ♂️ they didnt ask me if i wanted a 6in or footlong, just decided for me that i wanted a footlong, then at checkout instead of setting my food on the counter the worker (Dhimant) decided to toss it across the counter at me. English is definitely s second language here. Sometimes the employees don’t understand what I’m asking. Some of the items, such as eggs, aren’t on the menu, so I have not idea if they cost extra. And the app? What a joke.

I gave Subway another chance after getting food poisoning last year and never receiving the gift cards I was promised. So here is feedback from my most recent experience with a different location:
“I placed a pick up order through the app but didn’t receive double bacon on my BLT. Nor did I receive the extra banana peppers, jalapenos, and pickles; instead got less than the bare minimum of all three. I frequent this location and have never received such sad pathetic sandwiches. My seafood sensation was sparse and missing the mayonnaise so not only was it skimpy but dry as well. I will order in person from now on as I cannot count on the accountability and integrity of Subway when ordering online.”

Finally a Subway in the Tri-state area that does not try to short change you. You get all the meat and they are not skimpy on the veggies. Finally after years of visiting one bad Subway after another I have found a great one. I recommend leaving a tip just to let them know you appreciate the great sandwiches. Thank you to all the employees of that Subway.

One of the worst Subways I’ve been to. Our subs were 90% bread!! They put a very thin layer of steak on the steak sub and very little tuna on the tuna sub. Also very skimpy on the fixings! Definitely dissatisfied and nowhere near worth the money. I guess I should have read others reviews. Appears to be a reoccurring issue at this Subway.

I think the girl charged me for a meal instead of a sandwich. She asked if I wanted a meal (despite not having a drink or chips), and then never changed the price. She didn’t give me a receipt either. I looked at the prices online when I got in my car, and found that prices can vary between different locations, but even their location on DoorDash was about $2 cheaper..
