I visited the Cheesecake Factory with a party of seven. It was for a friend’s birthday. We made a reservation and were seated promptly on arrival. The restaurant was filled but the atmosphere was still pleasant. Our server was very kind, and didn’t make any mistakes. She gave recommendations to dishes upon request and allowed the party to enjoy their food without two many interruptions. The birthday guest received a free sundae for their birthday.
The food was served hot and fresh. The mocktails we ordered were also refreshing and delicious. I genuinely love the cheesecake factory and would encourage anyone to visit (especially to try the buffalo blasts and the cheesecake), but be prepared to spend a little more than you would at a fast food restaurant.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner with my Mom & sisters, to celebrate my sister’s bday. The food was good, great presentation, kind of pricey though. The desserts are always delicious! The waitress was very nice, friendly, attentive & accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet, light was dim & pleasant. We sang “Happy Birthday” to my sister. It was great fun spending time with my Mom & sisters at the Cheesecake Factory.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Trumbull and enjoyed it. The Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich was delicious but very filling, I ate half and took the rest home. The Low-Licious Strawberry Cheesecake was good. Beautiful and cozy place, though a bit noisy.

The decor is so nostalgic and their menu is huge. I love their four cheese pasta, the ricotta cheese is so creamy, melts in your mouth, and the basil is refreshing. Their food is fresh to order. And their cheesecake?Decadent. My favorite is the chocolate mousse.

I typically love this place and I purchase the same cheesecake often. This most recent purchase however came with not 1, but 2 pieces of paper stuck to the cake. One piece made it into my mouth. It was my friend birthday. My first time eating here. The atmosphere was great. I ordered smokehouse bbq burger with fries. I didn’t have. Huge appetite so I only ate part of the burger but I did order it well done. It was medium rare .

We went to the Trumbull location on New Year’s Eve expecting a nice, relaxing experience. We were seated right away, which was great, but unfortunately everything went downhill from there.
It took about 5–10 minutes for our waitress to come over just to take our drink order. After ordering, we waited close to 20 minutes before she returned to tell us there were no clean glasses and they were waiting on the dishwasher. While we understood, we then waited another 10 minutes after that. In total, it was about 35 minutes before we even received our drinks.
The kitchen staff was very loud and joking around, making it feel like there was little to no management present that night. Our waitress never checked back for refills, and our food didn’t arrive until almost an hour after we were seated. It was busy, but not unusually so for New Year’s Eve, and the wait felt excessive.
By that point, the experience was stressful rather than enjoyable. Spending that amount of money and leaving feeling disappointed was upsetting. Many of the servers and kitchen staff appeared unprofessional, and our waitress seemed disengaged. Despite this, we still left a decent tip.
I rarely write reviews, but this is one of my favorite places, and it’s disappointing to see the quality slipping. I truly hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall experience moving forward.

Arrived at Lunch time. Ordered my usual
Chicken Salad Sandwich with French fries. And a strawberry lemonade. Mind you for all the years I have been going to and ordering on the menu this is literally the only thing that I have ever ordered. The sandwich came warm but the usual
