Alyssa was our server. She is amazing! Made my whole family feel so relaxed and welcome. Overall the food is pretty good. I loved the sushi. The hibachi steak was a bit tough. It didn’t seem like it was the advertised sirloin steak. The broccoli tasted great, but the zucchini was a bit bland. The hibachi presentation I’m used to from other restaurants was absent. They set the grill ablaze, but there was no onion volcano, no tossing food in the air. Because Alyssa was so great and the food was good enough, we will return.

Past by here all the time and decided to stop in on a Sunday. We didn’t know they had a hibachi side. It didn’t look that busy it was very quiet even though there was people at the table. We were ignored the 1st 5 minutes standing at the door. Then was almost seated at a dirty table. The food wasnt the best but it hit the spot because we were hungry from running errands all day. The best thing I can say was the boozy drink for 2 that I got. Omg it was strong and delicious I had to finish it

Stopped eating here over a year ago because service was terrible and they add 18% gratuity even with parties of 2. Tried again tonight and service was ok, but food has gotten much worse. Table was sticky and when we left our shoes were actually sticky when we walked out. They still add 18% gratuity in the hopes you will miss it, and tip twice. This was not a split check we were literally the only 2 at the table. Place is a disgrace and a scam. It just keeps getting worse.

I’ve never had an issue with Azuma, I usually go for my birthday but that’s about it since it’s not the cheapest place around. I love the sushi, The hibachi is always really good (Huge portions). Last year the chiefs did tricks and such with the spatulas and did the volcano in the onion thing but today nothing was done, Not a big deal. Just not sure what happened to that. I thought it was a cool “Show”. 90% of the reviews I’ve seen have said this place is dirty… I’ve never seen it dirty. To me the price is worth it, I wouldn’t go unless you’re starving so you can really get your money’s worth out of the experience. We started off with a california roll, spicy tuna and then the shrimp tempura roll. By the time we finished those rolls it was time for hibachi, My boyfriend finished his whole plate. I almost finished mine and we were stuffed. The dinner was worth it. I love coming here!

All around poor quality/services. We walked in and many staff members looked at us but it took a few minutes to be greeted while the place was dead. Our waitress was kind but she was the only one working the dining room side so services were extremely slow and we found ourselves having to ask for things multiple times before it showed up. Once we got our food, the sodas were flat, my salmon roll smelt odd, was warm and the rice was super mushy. The steak and shrimp hibachi plate was probably the best part but overall everything just had an off taste and I was just really disappointed.

I went today for my birthday mostly cause I was craving steak, but good steak not no top round that they serve. The steak was not edible. I got lucky and got a piece of chicken when they gave me veggies sooo much better I ended up ordering a bunch of those fried pork dumplings that filled me up. Our server was amazing. The hibachi chef was nothing like I expected, zero interaction. Overall food was okay. If your going for the steak I warm you please don’t.

I just had a horrible experience here with my fiance. This is an all you can eat hibachi which I supppse is a pretty good idea. The food is “ok” service is “ok” The part that I’m most upset about is their no to go policy. I didn’t notice this at the bottom of the menu. My fiance is pregnant and as soon as we got there she didn’t feel great but she needed to eat to we stayed. We ordered, got the food and she barely ate her FIRST plate. I asked for a to go not realizing their junk policy. They told me no to go. Now I understand not wanting to offer to go to limit people ordering a free second plate then taking it home but you can’t take your first one home that we just paid 26 dollars for. That is just not cool at all. The guy was rude about it. The cook doing the hibachi was not friendly and engaging. Read the reviews and don’t go.
