Worst experience, I have ever had at a mcdonald’s. I told the lady four times exactly what we wanted on our order. Somehow still managed to put the wrong thing down. Once I got to the window, the manager came up, realizing they did it wrong and spoke about zero english. I have no problem with this.But your manager should not be unable to communicate with your customers. Talk about fifteen minutes to get it, straightened out. Then, they recharged me for my proper order. Because it was different from what they gave me and said, a partial of the other one will be refunded at some point, let’s see if that shows in my bank. And then the proper amount of stuff was not in my bag, in the end, anyways, after sitting at the second window for fifteen minutes. The kicker is the person taking orders Seem to be more concerned about their cellphone

The managers are RUDE. They scream at you because they don’t know how to do their drive thru jobs. I’ve worked this and that’s not how you treat people. Maybe use kindness. Don’t waste your money here I know I won’t be again LOL

Following up on a previous review. Got told to use the online feedback link, which I did. Received an email from corporate saying “Customer Care has immediately shared the information provided with the Restaurant Leaders, as they are best suited to review and address your concern. “

Still haven’t heard back. This is poor customer service. Is it on me to make sure they follow up and fix the issue?

Literally every time I go here my order gets messed up. It not a complicated order either just basic stuff off their menu. Now when I call as well the phone is disconnected so you can’t call and have them fix the mistake either. I don’t expect much from McDonalds with their quality of service or food but I do expect at the very least to get what I paid for. This place in particular is more trouble than it’s worth.

2 times in a row I’ve had horrible experiences. First time i paid for extra tartar sauce and did not receive it. No straw for my drink an no sauce for my nuggets. Now today I received a half RAW mccrispy. I wish they did refunds because that’s bs

I’m very disappointed I’ve always buy smoothie here and enjoy it but tonight I stop by and buy a small strawberry banana smoothie and got pour ice and that man, not sure if he’s Mexican or Indian over charge me, i gave him $20 and he should’ve gave me $16.09 ge gave me $15.09, I told him he only give me $15.09 and he still hasn’t give me my right change back..
I’m so disappointed and don’t think I’ll go back to buy from that McDonald’s again…

Staff “lost my order” in two visits in a row. The woman next to me asked about her order and their response was “we are busy right now we are getting to orders as fast as we can” but then after 30 min they asked why I was waiting and I showed my order. I was then told I should’ve come up and asked if I had been waiting, as if it was my fault they lost my order for THE SECOND TIME. I have an hour for lunch and to get half of it wasted for the second time and not even get an apology but be told it’s my fault they lost my order shows an absolute disregard for basic human decency let alone respect to customers.

Edit: Removed the one extra star I had given the food because I discovered they did not give me the sauce or ketchup I had on my order. So after 30 min and no remorse they didn’t even bother giving me the full order.

Edit 2: Gave a service star back because at least someone gave me an extra cookie, which isn’t much but I guess it’s not nothing.

This location gets my order wrong more often than not. A #2 with OJ isn’t really that complicated. I will drive past here to go across town to the Riley st location because it is impossible to get a simple order correct here.

What used to be a famously iconic fast food restaurant seems to have no customer care anymore a McDonald’s that says 24 hours on Google always arrive after placing my online order just to get sorry we’re closed for the next 15 minutes and when I tell them I have an online order they tell me they were trying to switch to breakfast at 3:45 a.m. in a return I get refried french fries and poor service. Breakfast shouldn’t start till 4:45 – 5:00 at best. The second McDonald’s in Holland that has just went to trash. Will not be returning. Also ice cream and shakes are never available. Machines are curiously always down. We rarely ever eat out anymore but sometimes all you have time for is a quick meal on the way home after work but this McDonald’s has disappointed me again and again.
