For some reason, the lunch buffet only has 2 green vegetable options on the hot buffet, and they were both broccoli. Not even any green beans for some reason. The beef and broccoli looked good, but tasted burnt. The fried chicken also looked good, but also tasted burnt. Must be using really old oil. They have several options that are regulars across several Chinese buffets I’ve been to, but theirs looks completely different for some reason, and pretty suspicious because of that. Their peanut chicken, instead of using peanut butter, its just soaked in some brown oil, probably peanut oil, and then they threw some peanuts in it. The teriyaki chicken is pink for some reason. They don’t even have egg rolls. The sign says egg rolls, but they are spring rools. What kind of Chinese buffet doesn’t have egg rolls, or can’t tell the difference between an egg roll and a spring roll… If you like Chinese buffets and have been to many, this place will probably disappoint you.

Chinese buffet restaurant. $15 for dinner per adult. Foods were good and warm. Lots of fish and seafood options. Fried Swai fish was tasty. Sushi section was also nice. They will cook noodles of your choice. Only problem found less option of fresh fruits.

Quality of food isn’t the best but definitely not the worst. I believed it has some of the better tasting then the others around the area. I love their Egg Foo Young the gravy that goes with it is great compared to other buffets.
Their selections of food aren’t that bad either, our server was good. The owner she is a very nice lady, we’ve been going here for years.
But hey its a Buffet what do we all expect its affordable, food are good both lunch and Dinner, everyone has their own opinions but I think they are the best one we got in Lansing.

There is NO WAY this place should be rated anything less than a 5 star. I have been coming here weekly for 30 years and the food is always amazing!!!! The price is really fantastic for lunch. It’s not possible to find better food for the money. I have never ever had a bad experience with this place. I would rate it 5+ easily! The salad bar has soooo much stuff on it. Not terrible. In comparison to the hibachi grill this location seemed cleaner. The food was average I’d say. Some of the meat was a bit greasy and the wontons had a shell I didn’t care for. The salad was green and fresh and the sushi bar was alright. My favorite one was with shredded crab and avocado. Service was great my pink lemonade was refilled 6x during my time there. They have some kids food and soft serve ice cream but I think hibachi grill had a leg up with chicken nuggets. I will say the tables and booths were better maintained than the grills. They were also playing pop music which was alright. I’ll just say this, you could do worse.

We ate here on a Sunday. There was no wait and plenty of room inside. The buffet has a large selection of different foods. It was good: American, Oriental, Sushi, Salads, Desserts.
The cost is inexpensive with good service. We will definitely go back.

Solid, stopped in on a rainy day after my Dr appointment was just looking for a place to eat. Good selection of food. It was fresh, hot and tasted good. What more could ya want from a buffet. I didn’t stay for four hours they didn’t have to kick me out but I will stop back in again for sure!!!

Great food at a reasonable price , food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is always clean Kids friendly and they have a large room for Birthday parties and you can make reservations for and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my eating experience at World BUFFET I love the Hibachi grill and sushi bar , I Highly recommend them! 1st and last time I will go here. Got fried chicken on my second plate and bit into it and had a funky taste and notice the meat wasn’t white like it should be but a very nasty yellow. Like the yellow that stains walls from cigarettes looked like that color. That tells me as someone who has worked in kitchen deep cleaning they don’t change their fryer oil and keep clean
