If you are looking for excellent service and a sweet treat you have to come visit Christian at Twistee Treat in celebration. The strawberry glacier is a perfect side by side of smooth soft serve ice cream and a delicious slushy. The Twirls were excellent! They come with a base flavor and two toppings. Definitely, try this place. Also, prices were great, around $20 for 2 glaciers and 2 twirls.

We actually discovered this ice cream place by accident in 2024, when we stopped by the Nike Store in the outlet, which is literally right next door. From the outside it already looked nice, so we thought, let’s check it out and see how it tastes.
Conclusion: Nike was great, but the ice cream here was even better!
It’s honestly amazing – super tasty, creamy, and you can customize everything just the way you like it. There’s something for everyone. I always go for coconut with chocolate chips, but you can add M&M’s, Snickers, or whatever you like.
I’m a huge soft-serve fan, and this is by far the best ice cream in Orlando. I’d even call myself an official ice cream expert, and this place is on a whole different level – smooth, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
If you’re in Orlando, definitely stop by. It’s also not far from Disney, so it’s perfect for a quick break. This time we’re staying in Winter Garden, but last year we stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and from both places it’s just about 10 to 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
It’s absolutely worth stopping here for an ice cream and then continuing your day relaxed and happy. ☀️

First time visiting Florida in a while and would say this is some of the best ice cream I’ve had! Great prices and delicious ice cream! Christian was wonderful at the counter! Would highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or is visiting! If you are staying at the Vacation Villages at Parkway, you can just shuttle to the welcome center and it’s a short walk nearby!

I recently visited Twistee Treat and once again, I was absolutely delighted! The ice cream is simply unbeatable – creamy, delicious, and the selection is huge.
But I especially want to highlight the fantastic service from Bryan. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and had a smile on his face, even though it was quite busy. He processed my order quickly and correctly and even gave a great tip for a flavor. Employees like him truly make the visit an experience!

I visited this location to get ice cream for myself and my son and ordered a banana split with no chocolate and no vanilla, strawberry only. Both my son and I clearly heard the order. Despite this, the banana split was made with only vanilla ice cream.
I returned to have it corrected and was told that I had asked for only vanilla, which is not true. The original banana split I received was large and appropriate for the price. After asking for the mistake to be fixed, the replacement I was given was noticeably smaller, which felt unfair and unprofessional.
While waiting, I overheard another customer receive the wrong order as well. He was supposed to get a cookie ice cream sandwich but was given a cup of ice cream with toppings instead. His father told him to just eat it after seeing how I was treated during my correction.
The way mistakes were handled here was disappointing. I’ve been to other Twistee Treat locations and have never experienced service like this. Unfortunately, this location reflects poorly on the brand. I will be contacting the general manager to report this experience. I would not recommend this location.

A couple was behind us in another world and not paying attention, so another lady took their cone thinking it was hers. If this happened during our visit, I’m sure it must happen quite a bit. I loved our ice cream sundaes.

Lucas was a great worker. me and my family came by after a movie just for a little dessert. We all ordered and lucas served them really quickly we had barely just sat down. great place to go to with your kids
