20251009 My pups glucose level was low and I stopped here to get her French Fries anx ice cream. She loved the fries… more than ice cream. The food was hot. The young man at the first drive thru window was lack emotional… I would be happier with a Robot. I feel like I was bothering him. Good thing I came for the food and not customer service.

I need to stop ordering this steak & Egg NO CHEESE. Yea yea I get it its not real steak, but this mess keeps breaking apart while I’m eating it. Also if you notice when you get it it’s like freaking kind of soggy/wet.

I’m never ordering this shit again. Hash brown was meh. Now the coffee!!! This is why I come to McDonalds. The coffee HITS!!!

The guy at the drive thru lied to me!

I drove here from Fairfax for an Uber Eats order. I got here at 3:45, and I accepted the order at 3:30, which is when they received it!

When I pulled up the guy told me they weren’t serving lunch, but breakfast menu would be ready until 4am

I told him I was picking up Uber Eats, and he said “no Uber”.

I contacted the customer but support told him that they wouldn’t cancel the order until 4:15. . Which I hadn’t noticed, but that was the time when the app expected the order to be ready.

So, I told the customer that maybe the order would be ready then.

So I went through the drive thru again, and engaged with the guy and he slipped up and mentioned the name on the order which I never told him!
So, I KNOW they got the order and just didn’t want to make it even though they got it 30 minutes before the menu changed!

And they wasted my time & fuel because I don’t get paid unless I delivery the order.

What a lazy tool!

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Extremely clean and the staff are on point and kind. It feels like a Community center.

The steps to climb up into the play area are a bit tall for 2-3 year olds. But the top area is big and very excess-able. Sturdy enough for a more agile parent to help their children get up then allow them to free play up on their own.

I work extremely late hours, so when I get off all I want is hot calories for me and my SO. This McDonald’s being 24 hours SHOULD mean it’s perfect for me. However, multiple times I have come here and been told, by people over the drive thru microphone, that “we are actually closed and your order is canceled”. Which is especially interesting when the line is full of people being served, and the person in the store opts to sing this information at me.

I understand fast food is not the most fulfilling work, but there are people out here who desperately need the jobs these people are stealing. You can and should do better.

I stopped by this McDonald’s recently, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the place was. Sure, the food is what you’d expect—it’s McDonald’s, so the taste and quality are consistent no matter where you go. But this branch really stands out in how clean, neat, and well-kept everything is. From the dining area to the drink station and even the restrooms, everything looked freshly cleaned and well maintained. The staff clearly take pride in keeping the space welcoming, and it makes a big difference. For a quick meal in a clean environment, this location absolutely nails it.

Clean, has playground, convenient parking. My food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered to me at my table. So they’re doing better than other McDonald’s in the area who are lazy and don’t bring your food to your table like they’re supposed to and they just yell out your number.

And unlike other McDonald’s in the area when you place an order for dine in they use the plastic tray with a paper liner, other McDonald’s waste money and more of a negative impact on the environment because they use a paper bag plus a plastic bag for everyone whether they’re dining in or taking it to go.

the people here never put sauce in the bag as if mgmt instructed them to withhold sauce from customers. the fries are also undercooked often (EDIT: i’m convinced they’re trolling. 26 nuggets + large fries + me specifying i want sweet & sour = a grand total of 2 ketchup packets. Extra annoyed because because I forgot to check for sauces like I normally do as I’ve grown accustomed to the continued negligence when it comes to providing customers with sauce)

I don’t think I’ll ever want to come here again! First of all, it started with the unfriendliness of the staff. There was no cheese in the plain cheeseburger, and the Spicy Crispy Deluxe only contained bread, chicken, pickles, and a small amount of spices, so I asked the staff and saw that they didn’t wear gloves and just took it, added cheese, and brought it back. I asked them to put on gloves again and make it for me, so I made it again. Even though it is a franchise, I still think that if it is a menu that uses the name Deluxe, it should be made with sincerity.

Hi, I need to report a completely unacceptable experience with your curbside service. I waited over 20 minutes for one McValue meal, and when I finally went inside to ask what was going on, the manager dismissed me with “I’m busy.” She didn’t even stop for ten seconds to acknowledge the issue.

This is not a small mistake—this is a failure in basic customer service, especially from management. If your team cannot handle curbside orders, then remove the option, because right now it is wasting customers’ time.

I expect this to be addressed seriously. Please investigate what happened and take action so this kind of service doesn’t continue. I will never go there again.
