This is my long time favorite burrito place in Bellingham. Throughout the years I know I can always come back to this corner and my asada wonder will always be there.
Choose the wonder burrito. I’ve never ordered anything else nor do I want to. It makes me happy.
I can’t decide if I like the red or verde salsa so I use healthy amounts of both. Fortunately they have bottles full of salsa chilling and waiting.

The bean dish was disappointingly bereft of beans, instead consisting of a watery, soup-like liquid. Unfortunately, an excessive quantity was placed in my box, resulting in spills and leakage onto my clothing. The taco meat was overly dry and cut too thickly. While the rice was passable, I would not recommend this establishment unless improvements are made to their existing offerings.

I always feel weird posting burrito photos because it’s like “here, look at the thing I bit into”. Anyhow. Super Mario’s is the best Burrito in town. I think about the wonder burritos all the time. Just so delicious. I exclusively get the veggie burrito because it is hands down the best. I’m not vegetarian, and usually go for something with meat, but not here. It’s veggie every time. And it’s not just small little bits, you’re chomping into whole broccoli florets and slices of cabbage in there, like actual delicious veggies. Can’t recommend enough.

convenient location but the quality of the burrito varies immensely. It seems to get worse every time. The pupusas are good. It is El Salvidorian style food. The burrito has a layer of cheese melted inside the tortilla and lots of cabbage which is chewy and too chunky. They skimp on the low quality meat
