Service- every employee ignores you and never acknowledges customers. If you don’t order at the kiosk, they never come to the counter. Receipts aren’t being printed at the kiosk, so you have no way of verifying your order.
Atmosphere- it’s not clean at all, floors are sticky and tables are not wiped down. It stinks like old grease in the lobby area also.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup. I get it and has onions on it so I ran in told them it was made wrong and they remade it. Get back to my car and it has mustard on it so my husband goes in for me. Tell them it’s wrong again and this is what they give him

I eat at this location every morning before work. I do this for two reasons. The most important reason is that I know for sure that my order will be made correctly. I am a creature of habit, and having the menu item always available is so important. I don’t have to think about it; I am able to order and get going. The second is that I know that I will be able to get in and out quickly. The longest time I have ever spent in the drive-thru from the moment I pulled in was five minutes.

I wish I could give zero stars. How do you get a curbside pick up order wrong? You have all the time in the world to prepare it! It’s not like you’re on the drive thru timer. It’s insulting to receive a bag of food I’ve paid for & it’s all completely wrong. This is so frustrating because I picked up this order on the way home from the hospital. I am very ill and this food was for my kids, it is so frustrating! I won’t be back, & I know many others who don’t go here due to the complete incompetence. They should absolutely close this location or try again with a whole new staff. I called costumer service & I am getting a refund. How do you order a sandwich & 3 hashbrowns but hand someone a bag with a sandwich & 3 burritos? No one in the building can read, or they thought they would pull a fast one on me without letting me know they are out of hashbrowns. Either way, it’s ridiculous.

I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.

When you walk into a lobby and stand there while one employee is talking to her boyfriend while 2 others walk around and dont acknowledge, what do you do. You turn around and walk right back out. I came in due to wanting to give mcdonalds 1 last chance. I was going ro order very simple 2 large fries no salt and a big mac with sauce on the side . I waited until after 7 pm with no drivw thru and empty order area. If employees cant even nod at you let alone say hello ill be with you in a moment. Then i will remain done with this chain. Be blessed.

I have visited this location on several occasions. I have had many good experiences and a few bad. For the most part they have improved with their service and wait time. I can remember a few times before my experience here wasn’t so great, they were getting orders wrong and they would have long wait times. But they seem to be doing a lot better now. My last previous visit was around the 5pm hour and was through the drive thru. The customer service was very friendly and accurate. I received my order in a satisfactory timely manner. The food was fresh and hot and everything was correct. Compared to many other McDonalds locations I give this one a plus. They do a good job!

I had a mobile order. The manager could not find in her system and was very rude about it. I had it on my phone and was even charged for it already. She walked away leaving me at the front counter after I showed the cashier I already made she asked the manager again. And the manager very hatefully said well take her order again. I didn’t receive all my food and it took 45 mins to get it.

Stood at the front counter for 15 MINUTES without exaggerating. The manager told me she’ll get to me “when she can” because the drive through is her priority. 4 or 5 different customers walked out behind me, and customers who ordered before me at the counter were still waiting for their food, which they paid for and ordered at least 20 minutes ago. Long story short, they only attend to you if you are in the drive through. They absolutely pay zero attention to you if you’re a dine in customer. Went next door to Wendy’s and they took care of me right away. Manager needs an attitude adjustment.

Currently sitting in the Scottsboro McDonalds drive through. I’ve been the 3rd car back from the speaker for 6 minutes now with no movement. Previous cars are being asked to hold for an excessive amount of time when they reach the speaker. It’s 9:15 on Monday night. 01/05/2026 & the line is almost to the road. Ridiculous.
