This place is awful. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. The food is nowhere near good enough to justify the disgustingly rude service. The male employee, Jodie, treated me like I didn’t matter at all and was openly disrespectful. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. Completely unacceptable behavior and a total waste of time and money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They don’t mix their ice cream, got a blast asked for and paid for extra cookie dough and basically gave me just vanilla milkshake with cookie dough on top. Very disappointing that no places can make anything right anymore even simply mixing ice cream.

I got a dollar smash burger as a promo basically like a large McDonald’s double cheeseburger the char and the burger tastes more real. It is not worth the six or so dollars that it says on the menu it’s worth maybe three dollars but that’s it. I got the southwestern chicken wrap that was not good the chicken tender was good but the wrap taste like it was raw and has some weird warm mayonnaise in it. But I got good service and pretty good for the money. I would go there again and get a Coney dog and some tater tots and a drink is my next visit

Just left this location. We placed a pick up order through Uber eats and I checked all the food we were missing three items. No big deal right? Wrong. We hit the call button to let them know and we were essentially told we weren’t supposed to go through the food. My Fiancée and I begin to explain that its our food and we can indeed go through our food. And she says to us that we arent allowed to go through the food because we’re Uber so we again explain to her that no we are not an Uber driver its a PICK-UP order and its our food. So she gets angry and walks off. When she finally comes back out with the items they forgot in the first place she was still incredibly rude. My Fiancée thanked her and told her to have a good night and she completely ignored him. Completely uncalled for when it was not our fault they forgot our food.

My wife and I were VERY dissatisfied and disappointed in our recent order at 2085 E Fire Tower Rd Greenville, NC 27858 Sonic.
She ordered a SuperSONIC Breakfast Burrito w/ Bacon added that we paid an extra dollar for and it didn’t have the tots inside nor the extra bacon we paid for.
I ordered an Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito and it was very small and also did not have any tater tots in it.
The portions were terrible sizing and we were both missing ingredients in our burritos in addition to an extra charge for an item we ended up not even receiving.
We both like Sonic but this branch was very disappointing for us.

I usually do not have problems at this sonic, however tonight we waiting 35 minutes after ordering on the app to even get our food. I then realized that we did not have an item. Once I called they were calling me a liar and not remorseful about the mistake. Very dissatisfied tonight.

Edit: I ordered Oreo Espresso Cheesecake Shake, I got disgusting! Didn’t keep it long enough to take pictures. Staff said, it’s cheesecake flavored and maybe it was too much put in, in response to me saying it tasted spoiled. Then she says hold on, comes back out says we put it back on your card, should be up there tomorrow. No apology, nothing to show it was refunded, just walked away. Customer service skills, zero stars. Helpful staff must have moved on to greener pastures.

While I generally have respect for this Sonic, they lost some today. They open at 7am, it’s an easy stop on the way to work. When ordering at 7am I am told that they can’t make a breakfast burrito because their grill is warming up, stating “It’s 7:01am, we haven’t warmed up the grill yet. We can make you a drink though.” Not sure how that is comparable. This seems more like a management issue since I’ve come here several times before with the ability to order breakfast at 7am with no issue. If you open at 7am, be ready to serve your menu at 7am.

People really complain about some petty stuff. This Sonic is great. As with all fast food, it has flaws sometimes but all in all it’s a great place to eat.
