Went here Tuesday for lunch and let’s just say there was nothing fresh about it. I got the bowl, carnitas for my meat. It was extremely dry the lettuce was browning, The pinch I did get. I got a teaspoon of Guac not even enough to enjoy with the bowl. I asked for mushrooms and onions grilled and received about 5 small chops of each. Worked in Tifton a few years back and it used to be good, maybe it has different owners NOW but I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

This was really a let down. I placed a mobile order for a burrito and a bowl. The burrito came out fine. However, the bowl was missing half of the toppings. I couldn’t even go get it remade because i had work in an hour.

Ate here tonight and was disappointed. I’ve ate at many Surcheros in different cities, and their portion sizes have all been consistent. Not this place tonight. Kayla put just a pinch of cheese and, literally, 2 small pieces of lettuce on my burrito. The other toppings were less than other Surcheros. Normally, a burrito from Surcheros is completely full and you can see how they can barely close the burrito. My burrito tonight was no where nearly as full, and had plenty of space left over. Not sure if this was laziness on behalf of the workers tonight or whether they’ve been instructed to skimp on the portion sizes by management or the owners to maximize profits and cheat customers, regardless of the reason – do better!!!

I thought the food was good but the wait was longer than what I expected it should take. Also, do not plan on eating here if you have any allergies. Cross contamination from different foods is an obvious here. The salsas were well below average in taste. The place seemed clean and the lobby had plenty of seating.

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Man that salsa bar is so good! The restaurant was clean. Service was nice. We will definitely go back again!

Update, 5/30: If it weren’t for my child I’d never come here. The food is okay and the folks are nice, it’s just very unorganized. They do not have a very efficient way of working in online orders with walk-in customers. One customer left and got McDonalds for his kids before his partner was able to make it through and this is after they started prepping their order. I miss the days when this place was managed better.

The food is all right; however the lines tend to be long and move slowly. They have online ordering, but they’ve messed up my orders the last two times (nachos without chips, burritos without chips, wrong burrito), which isn’t convenient when I have to come back and then wait – now I know to check. I do like the ice for the drinks and the line workers are nice.
Edit: Messed the order up twice in one night. Also, tried to give me back the cheese for the nachos that had been sitting out our an hour and ten minutes – fresh?

Totally disappointed not worth getting off 75 for…Less than unch portion with dinner price… Or I must like a little child. The food must have been left over from the lunch rush. The chicken was dry and the rice was little hard and both warm not hot enough to melt the cheese.
