Came in this morning. Ordered off the kiosk. Kiosk was out of paper but my order was places at 7:54am order number #912.
Gross!!! I ordered a McMuffin with double cheese, two hash browns, the hot cakes and sausage and a bottle of water.
The McMuffin had a green rotten egg that I could smell the moment I unwrapped it. It smells rotten. Looks rotten. My hash-browns look like they have been sitting since the store opened and were hard as rocks. The hot cakes are the only thing that look okay, but I tossed the entire order once I saw the egg on the sandwich. Are you trying to make your customers sick?! Why is the employee even thinking that’s okay to serve. There would have been no missing it, the smell was the indicator.
I already barely eat at McDonalds because the quality of food is already mediocre, but this just solidifies the fact that it’s horrible. Trying to make people sick.
I called customer service and requested a call back from store and a refund.

This is a “deluxe” chicken sandwich with a whopping two tiny pickles, 2 tiny pieces of bacon you pay $3 for, a small splotch of ranch you pay .40 cents for and a small amount of lettuce. They charge almost $10 for this crap!!!! I drove around and had them remake it and they just made me sit for over 5 minute for a remake and gave me back the exact sandwich I handed back to them!! I’ll never get a sandwich from McDonald’s again. This crap is joke!!

Extremely kind and very fast customer service. Staff are friendly and remember their regulars, and the service is always fast even when the drive thru is packed. Minus one star from the food because while the quality is always good, consistency could use some work. Whenever I order things, they’re made slightly differently each time. Never poor quality though!

Food had no seasoning and the fries had no salt. Asked for more salt and was given a few packets which is a plus!
The kitchen also should probably remember that some folks in the lobby can understand spanish and be more aware of their language. Unfortunate but not huge crisis.
This mcdonalds is mid to lower level when it comes to quality. It’s dirty, and utensils (lids, straws etc) are empty. The outside is gross as well and the building just seems slightly run down. Honestly go to the other side of 25 and you’ll get better taste and better quality at that McDonald’s.

The only thing good about this place was the fact that the mcdonald’s was clean. The food was old. Everything was so mechanical. The lady was rude.I think she was the manager, too.

Don’t ever expect to go to this McDonald’s and it be fast. Sat this morning for 15 minutes in the drive-through for an item that was already placed on a mobile app. Please explain to me why we have two drive-through lanes with one person servicing them. Why? Line wrapped around the building. Insane.

It’s a pretty good experience overall! We went in and it wasn’t too busy! We ordered quickly and got our food quickly! My food was warm and made perfectly! Only reason I gave it at 4 is because everything is getting so expensive! But overall it was really good and great service! I will be coming back!!

Absolutely amazing guy at the drive thru window. Asked us how our night was going and told us to have a great night. Not something we usually expect from Mcdonald’s and we were taken back by it – in a good way. That guy deserves a raise!
