I ordered take out, food was ready when I arrived. No wait! They had a nice wing special for the superbowl 60 wings for $60!! Great deal, they were delicious, easy to order and friendly encounter!! I plan to order from here again & again, it’s always worth the trip!!

I recently had even better experiences here than 23 years ago when I first visited this chain. The steaks have really been on point, and I was lucky to have great service both times. Once, I was out for lunch with a friend and the other visit was dinner with my family. It’s nice to know you can go into a reasonably priced restaurant chain to have a good meal and actually want to come back. Whenever I’m out of the area and see an Outback Steakhouse, I will feel more inclined to stop in there for a meal.

I came here for dinner with a close friend without a reservation. It wasn’t crowded so I thought it was normal for a Tuesday evening. We liked what we ordered for starters, but we had just started eating and our main courses arrived immediately. It came very quickly. It was as if they wanted us to eat and leave immediately. We looked around for the waitress for almost 15 minutes to order a second drink. We had had a tiring day and we didn’t pay much attention to all this negativity. They brought the bill to the table before we even did not finished our meal and we did not asked for it. I found this extremely rude. The service was simply disgraceful. How can they be so bad? Totally disappointed. I will never ever back again.

Have not been to this location in about two years due to a bad experience. Decided to give a go tonight and Wow! Evidently this location is under new ownership and new management and they blew me away! First our server Tyrone was unbelievably awesome! Ty is the type of wait person you would want to train your new hires if you owned a restaurant. But it didn’t stop with Ty, their whole staff was firing on all cylinders, helping one another to the point that if your drink glass just became empty, there they were with a fresh glass. Food was delivered promptly and was fresh and hot.I was so impressed I asked to speak to the manager. If you have read my other reviews you will notice I mostly post when I had a terrible experience, but as I explained to Niko the manager it was a very pleasant experience and especially to see teamwork in action! My hats off to the new ownership and to the entire staff working this evening. We will be back!
This is a follow-up. Went there last Wednesday for their walkabout special and service is still great. Quality of food still great and I’m very pleased. Listen make Wednesday night your date night because the specials they have for $14.99 can’t be beat. Again, it’s so refreshing to see a staff work together and not against one another!

So this is Outback Steakhouse. They offer 3 different kind of specials that will not break your bank lol. It’s not a bad deal. Personally I don’t like my steak serd but my steak was pretty good. So with the special you get salad or soup your meal and a dessert. The restaurant was in order and the restroom was clean.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Wasn’t too busy. Our waitress was great but she wasn’t cooking the food. The cook must of been mad or was recooking/using old food from the day before. My daughter’s noodles were freezing cold, freezer temperature… luckily my 4 year old knew something wasn’t right. I felt them and they were COLD!!! Apparently no one checked them or re-heated them. Sent them back and then I guess a manager brought them back out no apology or anything, then the Alice springs chicken along with the chicken on the Barbie, was rock hard couldn’t even cut it! Save your time and go up 202 to the glen mills outback. That location values customers and understands the outback experience this location doesn’t!!!

It’s Average, looks the same as the other Outback Restaurant. The waiter was nice. I did have to ask a manager for clean fork, as waitor got busy or forgot. Overall it was nice. The food was on salty side. I have had a 6 oz steak and wedge salad, 2 cups of tea. $24.97. My relative had 8oz. Steak triple pay it was the same price. I’m thinking I could have gotten the 8 oz steak if it was going to be the same price. Will not be coming back to this location as the food in Malvern and Jenkintown, PA the food was better.

We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and it still did not come until we complained to the manager. Our waitress (Parker) started out being very professional and friendly, but once we started asking, where was our food, she became very belligerent, defensive and unprofessional. The manager did take the entrees off our bill; however, when we got home and warmed up the food, it was disgusting and no seasoning.

Great Customer Service and The Order Accuracy Was On Point. No Problems Whatsoever. The Menu Had Something For Everyone I’m Pescatarian & I Was Satisfied With The Menu. The Atmosphere Was Great Very Comfortable. I Would Definitely Recommend Outback Steakhouse. Itz Also A Family Oriented Restaurant.
