Stopped in for lunch and everything was delicious. I had the biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs and potatoes, plus a side of bacon. The gravy had a kick to it that I absolutely loved, and the bacon was cooked perfectly—crispy but not burnt. I also grabbed an iced chai tea latte to go, and it was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Great food, fast service, and a fun vibe. Don’t miss out on this super cute spot. Bring your laptop, get some work done, and enjoy some quality people-watching while you’re at it.

Very spacious space! Zerita was so nice and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Everyone was very friendly! I got the pancake and eggs, came out fast and it was good! Nothing crazy but it was affordable and tasted good so that’s all that matters! So much table space, would be the perfect place to work or meet people without fear of no seating.

Adorable coffee shop with a light selection of food and nice variety of coffees. The atmosphere was warm and very spread out with ample seating. The art was cute and souvenirs were nice. We enjoyed the avocado toast, house salad, smash burger, and kid’s burger. The amount of fries was a bit disappointing though and the service was mid. Overall we would visit again.

Fido cafe is such a cool spot with a wonderful atmosphere, a brunch the whole group loved, and our experience was made absolutely magical by Alma! She didn’t just serve us, she brightened my entire birthday with her infectious energy and warmth.
Alma shared some info about Taylor Swift’s early Nashville days at the cafe, which fed my Swiftie soul. She even busted out a dance move and just made the whole visit feel like a celebration all for a stranger. And that birthday cookie? The GIANT cinnamon roll? Delicious! Can’t recommend this place (and Alma!) enough. ✨
Ps as a Swiftie, learning more about this cafe’s connection made it even more special. Looks like it might close in a few years, would be such a loss. Hope someone’s ( ) paying attention to keep this place alive!

For a brunch, I wanted to try a spot that I had not been to before, so I tried Fido, near Vandy. Such a great place to to try and go back. Everyone was really nice. I ordered their Ricotta toast with berries drizzled with honey and adorned with mint. It was so good! I had their April shower chai that had an edible butterfly. I would definitely put this on my list to return. Just make sure you scan the QR code when you go in. If you don’t, you could possibly get a ticket (I didn’t have to pay since I had my receipt).

What happened to this place??? This was always a favorite among the locals. Stopped in for breakfast and was HUGELY disappointed. Bacon was limp and greasy. Biscuit looked frozen, cooked yesterday, and reheated today. Completely inedible. $40 for two to eat diner food. Stick to the coffee and find your food elsewhere.

As an out of towner we really just wanted good food and coffee without the hustle and bustle. Picked the perfect spot! Free 1 hour parking just across the street. My avocado toast was some of the best I have ever had and so was my latte! The hubby had a steak burrito and loved it. Zero wait, quick and kind service. 10/10 will go back!

Found on Google while visiting for the weekend and decided to give it a shot. Casual breakfast and brunch spot with a good amount of indoor seating and some outdoor too. I got a simple bagel sandwich and it was fine. Pretty bland but nothing bad. I could just add salt and pepper myself but wasn’t too hungry so ate half of it. Overall no real complaints, was exactly what I expected. Decent spot to grab a quick bite and chill for a bit.

Easily one of the best coffee / pastry shops that I have ever been to. I had the warm chocolate croissant. It was light, crunchy, with lots of creamy chocolate oozing out like a lava cake. It was simply scrumptious. I washed it down with a simple cup of coffee which was smooth with no bitterness whatsoever. However, what truly separated this place for me was the service. The server was patient, friendly, and answered all of our coffee related questions. It’s easy to see why Taylor Swift loves this place.
