It was my birthday yesterday and I was craving a famous cheese steak special I have eaten many times. This is one sub that makes your mouth water just thinking about! I just got off from a long 12 hour shift at the hospital and was ready for an enjoyable meal. When I opened the sub container, the appearance of the cheese steak sub fractured my soul!! I was expecting to see the normal iconic cheese steak flowing over the top of the bread with all the cheese and peppers cooked together in a true masterpiece. I was shocked to see a sad looking sub roll half way filled with cheese steak with some cheese barely melted on top. I payed for a sub roll with a slither of meat and cheese that left me hungry and disappointed. I could have gotten this kind of sub from the run of the mill sub shop but not my beloved New York pizza! The question is What has happened to New York Pizza!!! Is the restaurant giving up on the customers that has supported them for years and the product in return was glorious. The sub I got last night was not New York pizza, maybe I lapsed into the twilight zone. I am truly hurt about the experience last night!!!

I’ve been going here for over 30yrs. Best cheese steak subs and Sicilian style pizza! Cannolis and cheesecake are great for dessert!
They have pasta, salads, burgers, calzones and other sandwiches. But I’m so hung up on the fantastic cheese steak subs and thick Sicilian square pizza I rarely order anything else.

not my first time, but this time I was so disappointed from the quality and ingredients of pizza,
I asked for extra “cheese”, but as you see in picture, barely there is cheese !!!!!
this is not what we are used to here.
I don’t know what happened.?!!!! I was even embarrassed in front of my friend cause I said “they are the best!!!”
so now it depends on your luck when you go there if the chef is good…
They should fix whatever bad they are doing or being greedy saving ingredients…
To go back to their usual, especially they are the most expensive pizza restaurant..
There is a lot of competition in the market.

We called for a meat pizza/meat lovers and they gave us a supreme. We will admit we forgot our number and the employee even admitted it was a meat pizza. We picked up and got home and noticed it was wrong and called them back . the employee hung up on us twice and said we ordered wrong (meat pizza special, so we got a everything meat pizza) and received a supreme despite ordering a meat pizza. We love them so much but her attitude , plus her hanging up on us not once, but twice and how rude she was was terrible service. She even had a stupidity moment despite asking how can we on our side make sure we order correctly or verify the right pizza next time ,so we get the right pizza and she said order a meat pizza and hung up. There was no remorse. And considering we want a meat pizza and not supreme due to some of our family having a nightshade allergy this is dangerous for us to have . Will note employee never showed us the pizza, figured we were fine bc they are typically great but not this time. Her attitude is atrocious and considering they didn’t really have cars in the lot is saying a lot about their service lately.

This place is so unpredictable. Sometimes the pizza is great and other times, awful. It depends on who is cooking, if they are busy or other circumstances. I never know what I will get. When its bad it is barely cooked and soggy. I always stay away for a while, but I go back hoping to get that good pizza again. Most of the time I am disappointed . I just can’t go back after today, it was bad. Order 135.
