Glad that they were open on Christmas Day! And that we made reservations. The XLB are solid; soup was delicious, wrapper thin, but held up to the filling. The mini pan fried dumplings were just as good, and I love the crunch. We also ordered the pork chop fried rice and enjoyed it.

Service was good, and the food came out pretty fast. Decor was modern and inviting. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

We came here from Puyallup because of its promising reviews online and I’m glad we did! First of all , I had high expectations of their Xiao long bao and it definitely didn’t disappoint- it was packed with flavors and it was delicious! Their take on Dan Dan noodles was also something I would order again!- it was garlicky and delicious! We’ve tried all 3 fried rices and the mushroom one stood out! Delicious! Even for the desserts- we had taro Xiao long bao and custard bao! – both were served fresh and very tasty! We would definitely drive back because it was worth the drive! The only complain I have is that it gets busy on weekends and it took us 20 mins to find parking which was not fun especially when your are hungry

The Szechuan Supreme Dumplings here are really good. Service can be a bit slow and also bit of a wait to get a table. Recommend to check in on Yelp to avoid wait. The pork chop fried rice is a relatively small portion for the price and tastes okay. Tried supreme Dan Dan noodles and they were rather heavy and peanuty. Also okay.

Overall come here for the XLB is what I’d say!

I go to Din Tai Fung pretty frequently so it’s easy to compare against. I prefer the pork XLB and the fried dumplings here. I think the XLB here are more flavorful than at Din Tai Fung, however at DTF it’s hard to go wrong with anything you find on the menu. Here we ordered a couple things I didn’t like, I think I was just expecting something else. I prefer the chocolate XLB at DTF because they are more chocolatey and less runny compared to the ones here. I also had an old fashioned which was ok, but not great, it was a bit too heavy on the cherry syrup. The Supreme Tan Tan Noodles are delicious. The vibe here is nice, much different from DTF, this place is bright and modern while DTF is dim and classy, and feels more suitable for a date.

Our party of 8 tried a variety of dishes including Supreme Pork Xiao Long Bao, Mini Pan Fried Dumplings, Black Truffle Fried Rice, Walnut Shrimp, and Supreme Tan Tan Noodles and Hot & Sour Soup (both with and without the spice). Every last dish was delicious! We concluded our meal with the Chocolate Melt Xiao Long Bao. The texture and sweetness of the chocolate was perfection! We were not satisfied with just one. We ordered seconds! Definitely worth the price point. Our server, Giovani, and the staff were amazing and met our every need. (Note: We were seated in a private room.)

Everything was really flavorful and the meal was solid. We ordered the spicy cucumbers, supreme spicy pork wontons, the tan tan noodles, pork xiao long bao, crab xiao long bao, pork truffle mushroom roll. The standout was the crab xiao long bao and tan tan noodles.

Shout out to our amazing waiter, Gio!

I took my coworkers friends to try the restaurant. Everything was good. They like everything especially pork fried rice, pan fried dumplings and green beans. We like lychee hot tea, we shared the hot tea with 4 people. Soup dumpling was good, the soup has good flavor, pork tender, the skin is not too thick. The pork fried rice, the pork chop was coded and deep fried, it was good. The green beans stirred fried with mushroom and garlic. The pan fried dumplings were crispy on the outside and you bite into pork meatball inside. The server was nice and friendly. We showed up right when they opened on Saturday, it did get busier. There is parking lots but it looks very busy when we came out. The restaurant was clean and elegant setting.

My mom and I went here a year ago and dined in. We kept thinking about it since. We came back to Bellevue for a weekend visit and crave this place. Unfortunately, we were too lazy to go and wait in line, so we ordered takeout. Obviously, it wasn’t as good as eating in, but it was still delicious! If there was a location near me, I would be in trouble.
The only thing we didn’t love was the beef soup. It was very bland and we regretted buying it.
Of course we will be coming back to this place and I hope you try them too!

Food ok compared to Dintaifung still a bit off but price also pretty affordable.

If I had to be picky about this restaurant, it would definitely be the restroom. It feels like a maze to get to, and the sinks and toilets are often messy or not well-maintained.
The area around the restaurant can get very crowded, and there’s sometimes an unpleasant smell.

I strongly recommend avoiding peak hours—especially weekend lunch or dinner—because the wait can easily be over an hour. What’s frustrating is that even when you walk in and see plenty of empty tables, they still won’t seat you right away. It seems to come down to staffing shortages or table management; you just have to wait in line until they think it work in their way.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here. The service was A+ and the ambience was comfortable with nice decor. Standout items for me included the truffle mushroom roll, cucumber appetizer, and the pork xlb. I usually go to DTF but would like to come back here again!
