I have NEVER been in a McDonald’s that looked like this one!!! The Kiosk were not working properly, the bathroom was filthy, the dining area had trash all over it, every window had at least 5 to 10 dead flies lying in them, there was a dead roach under my table!!! After all of this, the fries seemed to have been soaking in grease. Three other Customers were complaining about the conditions of the store as well!!

This is the grimiest nastiest store in this area the employees there wear extremely unwashed dirty uniforms and have zero customer service skills be careful using your card at this location they gave me a number told me it was corporate for a app order refund and it was one of their personal numbers they answered and proceeded to try and get personal info but I caught on immediately from the way the person was talking you could tell they’d never hold a professional position i reported to corporate after searching Google for the correct corporate #

Not sure what is going on of late, but recently the service has gone down hill. Everyone seems to have a bad attitude. Slamming food on the counter, rolling eyes when asking for ketchup or sauce, snapping at you when they ask for order number. What ever happened to service with a smile. Every customer should be treated like they are your only customer.

They are so slow. Drive thru or inside. They dont take pride in their work. They are slow & they dont give you a full large fries. It’s only 3/4 of the way full if that. It was a terrible experience.

Food was cold, no drink lids or straws. The place looked like a disaster. They really need to clean the place. Also need new management because this place was not organized. Slow to get your food it look like everyone was running around in circles. They had no idea what they’re supposed to be doing. You can tell they could care less about the quality of the food or the service. That’s also why the food was cold and the place looked trashed. How hard is it to put out straws and lids for the drinks. It’s not hard they just don’t care and management is not going around to make sure things are done and done right.

I have never had anything but excellent customer service at this location! I recently placed a mobile order with latte on it and they ran out but they offered me alternative drinks and upgraded my beverage to a large. The employees are always super nice and drive thru wait times are fairly quick

I ordered a sauger egg McMuffin meal, apple pie and a Frappe through doordash. They called me and said that their Frappe machine was down and would I like something else. Ok so i asked for a Strawberry shake. When I received my order the shake was watery and was loaded down with syrup and it wasn’t even blended together. I tried to reach out to the store but no one answers the phone. Ya’ll need to get it together, there is no way in the world that you would have drink this mess if someone made it for you so why not do right by other people. You need to answer your phone calls. This is ridiculous, people pay their money for food that should be done right.

This location is horrible, it’s always a wait on food, the employees are always at the window goofing around or talking about their personal life! They will pull you for the simplest orders just to cheat the drive thru time! The managers are standing around watching all this take place, they have more smoke breaks than 4/20 it’s a hit or miss with the food you’re either gonna get it raw or overcooked nothing is made fresh over there

I ordered a Big Mac meal and I received my order got ready to eat burger and it was cold,cheese not melted and no sauce on the Big Mac. Tried calling restaurant phone number was busy to let them know that they served me a cold burger with old fries. Very disappointing especially when you worked all day.
