This is a great store for purchasing prepared whole hams, whole turkeys and a great selection of prepared sides, deli selections, appetizers and desserts. They offer catering as well. I enjoy their prepared to order box lunches. The counter sales employees are friendly and efficient and the store is clean. There are tables along with a wall mounted TV, so that you can sit to enjoy your prepared box meal if you choose. Place your Holiday orders early, to avoid the long lines. There are frozen prepared foods for your pick-up convenience year-round.

Ham was little to salty but delicious but the service was very poor, after gym I stop by this place still early just open the person who take my order was very rude looks racism I believe if you had a business just try to be more respectful no matter who came to your business still a customer

Did my usual Honey Baked Ham run for Easter. They weren’t particularly busy, but the staff acted rushed today. Normally, they unwrap the ham and let you take a look before deciding if it’s the one you want—but not this time.
I spent years in Houston going to their Richmond location, and around this time of year, the line would be out the door and wrapped around the corner. By comparison, the Watchung location felt like any other day, so I’m not sure why there was such a push to hurry everyone along.

I have been purchasing ham and smoked turkey here for the past 20 yrs. This is the first time I am expressing my dissatisfaction at what I received last week. The smoked turkey was fine and we consumed it all, but unfortunately the ham (which we could not eat) appeared to have the entire right half starting in the middle or what appeared as rotted meat. $70 for 5.6 lbs that we cannot eat. Had I been given the opportunity to at least let the sales person pull back the wrapping for a quick glimpse, this would have been immediately seen. No more for my family.

This place is great, and Keisha is awesome! Fresh, delicious food ( had the turkey noodle soup & ham sandwich ), and clean restaurant. They do have a parking lot. They do have tables inside. I also left my work keys here, by accident, and when I came back in, the next day, she retrieved them from the back room for me. I’m so thankful to her! She’s very pleasant and professional. Will be coming back for the wonderful lunch options and service. Thanks Keisha!
