As the AL. Ringling Mansion was being restored, we came across a floorboard. Under the floor, destiny was waiting. A wooden box that would change everything. On a folded piece of paper was a beer recipe. “The Ringling Family Original” it came to be. And so, AL. Ringling Brewing Co. emerged, Enjoy our beer when you get the urge.

Went for the Fish Fry. Excellent food, great service and very clean and what a impressive, beautiful place to visit. Al Ringling sure put together a incredible home. My suggestion is to take a tour of the mansion.

We stopped by to try some local beers. We had a flight and all were good. We tried a red beer, wheat, mango, a stout like beer. We also got a try of the jalapeno beer.
The service was great and the pricing was reasonable.
The history of the house is cool. We were not aware of it until we saw it on Google maps.

Good brewery with a nice selection of beer styles and great flavor to them all. Their Disco Lemonade is delicious.
I love their empanadas, but this past time I went I had a plastic shard in my food. The server was nowhere to be found and we ended up finishing them, being careful with each bite. I showed him and he basically did nothing. When he brought the check he mentioned it was a shard from their meat prep container, but didn’t offer to replace or remove anything from the check.
They had a hostess who did nothing since its seat yourself, would’ve been better to have had her run food or check on tables.

Was such a beautiful place. But the server that was handling us, she was snotty from the second we walked in. Got dirty looks, and when we sat and got asked about what we wanted for our drinks, she was acting rude and was upset that we didn’t know the drink menu. After we got our drinks settled she went behind the bar counter and started laughing about us with her friends. I really wish I got to try the food and enjoy the surroundings more but we didn’t want to stay. Reallllyyyy wish we were able to enjoy the place some more it was so pretty.

Every beer was tried was delicious. Really fun atmosphere. Service was fine. They were out of several taps and food items but what we had was great. Worth the stop.

Passing through so popped in to check it out. The place is huge with plenty of seating and neat things to look at. They have a nice beer selection for sure. We shared pretzel and Cobb Salad which both were good. They didn’t have any mustard and salad came w/o Avocado but all good. Look forward to next time

Went for the pretzel and empanadas but they had neither one. Not sure why if it will be busy in town that they would not have planned ahead. I did try the walk away Sunday stout it had an great taste and a root beer after taste. The atmosphere was good pretty cool looking place! For as slow as the place was could of been faster service.

It was a fun venue, but the beer was really bad. We sampled 4 different beers and couldn’t even drink the whole sampler of any of them. Maybe if you get something more traditional it’d be better, but it seemed they were featuring all their flavored beer, but they weren’t worth getting.

Highly recommend taking the 20 minute drive if you’re vacationing in the Dells. Beautiful architecture and good beer!

This is such an amazing and fun place! Our beer-tender, Tyler, was so happy, passionate and well educated. Great happy hour, nice variety of beer and other drink options, and you can’t beat the atmosphere. It’s so fascinating to hear the history behind the building, story of the company, and items in the building, from Tyler. The location was very clean, welcoming and inviting. We felt very prioritized as customers, even with numerous other patrons in the brewery. Will definitely come back!
